We have been working with Jack for a number of years. Besides being the most conscientious accountant we have worked with, our taxes are quickly and accurately filed. In addition, he works with us to maximize our income and minimize our tax liability every year. We do a quick follow up in the 4th quarter to ensure no major changes took place that we would need to address before year end.

Sorry I have to disagree with other reviewers. I have found Jack T. to be especially knowledgeable, so much so that my wife and I came to him a couple of years ago after going through several Accountants over the years, none of whom fully understood our status (I am retired law enforcement). Jack is (no pun intended), nimble and quick, but rest assured, he does a thorough and complete job. I totally recommend CSI. We truly received five-star service from Jack and the rest of the staff.

Think twice before you decide to use the CSI Group. We used one of the tax services that merged with this group for twenty plus years. Since that merge, the service has become cold. No call backs and just the old run around when you get through to someone on the phone. They made a huge mistake on my return and it took them three weeks to respond. We still have not spoken to the person who we originally went here for. I would give them a zero if I could.

Would not honor Free Review of your Financial Portfolio as advertised in mailing to me. Said I would have to pay for it, which I might have considered except the person assigned to me did not strike me as being very knowledgeable, and showed no interest in me or my situation. Wasted my time and theirs.

Excellent services

On March 2, 2016 my husband and I scheduled an appointment with accountant, Jack TINARI solely to have our 2015 taxes completed. During this scheduled appointment which lasted about 15 minutes, both my husband and I felt rushed due to the fact that I a client was waiting for him. I guess to him we werent considered valued clients. After a few weeks of not hearing from Mr. Tinari, I began calling the office leaving him messages, all of which were not returned. Finally after leaving numerous messages I received a return call which he indicated that he no longer had the file and used the excuse that it went to someone else to review, of course to me it was an excuse to pacify me. On Friday, April 1, 2016, I stopped by the office to ascertain an update as to when our taxes would be completed and his excuse was, it was taking so long due to the fact that we sold property and things had to be checked thoroughly to avoid an IRS review. Nothing but excuses and lies. Who takes over a month to complete taxes, come on and get with it. I am not a new player to getting my taxes completed.Finally, on April 9, 2016 my husband telephoned CSI and was informed that the taxes are complete and can stop by tomorrow (Sunday, April 10, 2016) for pick up. On April 10, 2016 we went to CSI Group to meet with Mr. TINARI thinking we would meet with him personally as we have in past years. Well today wasnt the case, we were handed our taxes by the individual I assume was the receptionist who verbally replied what the fee was. The fee was astronomical compared to last years fees, more than doubled. I was in disbelief and voiced my concern of why the fee was so high. I observed Mr. TINARI in his office, however wasnt professional enough to come out of his office to discuss concerns.To conclude my complaint, I would never recommend CSI Group to anyone, stay away from this establishment and go elsewhere where hopefully you will seek professionalism and have your taxes completed in a timely manner.
