I just picked up my chainsaw which needed a minor repair… $2.97 part. I waited over two months for this I stopped in after a month and was told that they didn’t want to bother ordering a small part and I had to wait for a big order. No I can get just about anything I need off of the Internet for nominal shipping or free, but they won’t order a small part. They finally finished it after two months and I stopped off to pick it up today. I was given a bill for $95. $92 for labor. Remove cover and air filter which I could do for in two minutes. Replace throttle spring which Even I could’ve replaced in probably five minutes. Replace air filter and cover two more minutes two more minutes. Start chainsaw to make sure it runs. Charge one hour of labor for $85. To top it off they refuse to allow me to use the restroom which must be too expensive to maintain! I will tell everyone I know for all eternity about this rip off place. I hope there’s a special place in hell for repair shops that rip their customers off!

Went in to buy a weed trimmer and walked out with a Stihl. Very knowledgeable on the product that they sell. The great thing about buying local and not from a big box store is they can service it too! If you need any kind of yard equipment go to Montes and see Monte or Glenn Great guys! Thanks Again.
