Great, fast, friendly service. Needed a tractor trailer (just the trailer) moved ASAP. They were able to get out to me within the hour, very reasonable (downright low) price, and competent technician.Only downfall- worlds worst hold music. Thankfully was only on hold for maybe 2 minutes max. 😅

Amazing company! Knowledgeable, quick, and fairly priced. We had a trailer loaded with 45k worth or product that had half of the landing gear sunk into the ground, and jacked the trailer up on to 2 outside tires. Colemans was able to PU with one pull!Corey was our Tow Tech, he was great. Looked for potential issues before executing the lift, he kindly took off the glad hands to prevent damage.Well Done Folks! I own Iron Pig Off Road in Fredericksburg and we had purchased a new piece of equipment that was too large to move with our forklift. Got stuck in a garage in Richmond. GEICO hooked me up with Coleman since no one in the greater Richmond area had the ability to get in and out of the garage I was in due to the tight turns and 86 clearance. Lisa, in the front office, talked with me and got all the necessary details and helped me feel at ease like theyd really have my son and I taken care of. The tow driver showed up and managed to get my Accord out of a really tight spot, not to mention out of the garage where tons of construction was taking place in the roadway. Great company, great front office, and great tow driver. Thanks!

Had all five lugs crack and lost a wheel on a utility trailer on 95... Quite the interesting tow job as they had to use a few skates, and a rail of wooden boards, and lots of elbow grease, to get it on the flat bed. Great service and no additional damage to my trailer... (And also helped me understand what repairs were likely necessary before I even got it to the shop). Professional the whole way through. My daughters car broke down on Saturday, 30 November at 6:00 pm on I-95. Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance called Coleman Motor Company to render assistance. As promised, I received a text message from Coleman within 15 min telling me the drivers name and his ETA. I then received a confirmation call from Carol who assured me the driver was on his way. Waldon arrived as promised, and my daughter reported him being accommodating, courteous, and professional. Called for a tow at 10:40am since the original ball joint on my 94 Mustang broke while I was driving. Was less than a mile away from home while it happened, ended up waiting over three hours (they came at 1:30pm).Only complaint is with the time I waited, but nothing to gripe about; I understand completely where they are coming from. Nothing worth docking a star over as I was already done with work and did not have anything to do.Walden and the other gentleman (did not see a badge or get a name) were spectacular, were very gentle and professional with getting my car on flatbed. Also did not have any issues like I thought we would have. Would definitely recommend this place to people.

Geico ordered the service for me at 0830 with an ETA of 0930. The tow truck did not arrive until 1020. I sat in a gas station parking lot, in the cold with a small child for two hours waiting for a tow truck. I called the dispatch twice to see why no one had showed up yet and all I received were rudeness and excuses. I will not use this company again and will encourage geico not to either. Very poor customer service and zero apology for it. If they couldn’t get to me sooner then they should have declined the order from geico so geico could have given someone else the contract.Update: I received a call from the owner of the company who personally apologized to me for the poor customer service that I received today. He was very sincere and told me that if I needed anything in the future not to hesitate giving him a call. Because of the initiative that he took in reaching out to me, personally apologizing, and assuring me that this is not how he runs his business, I would consider using this company again.

My van broke down on me at the gas pumps of a service station. My insurance provides emergency roadside assistance and upon calling them to get help; they contacted a local towing company and advised me that I should be hearing from someone momentarily. I hadnt finish the call with my insurance company before the tow company was ringing the other line. It was Carol!!! Carol was the initial contact I had with this company and she was very informative and helpful. She advised me that her driver(John) would be to my location in approximately 10 minutes. John was there and got me loaded up and on our way in a jiffy!!! The service and professionalism of this company are outstanding!!!! If you ever breakdown or are in need of towing services give them a call they arethe BEST!!!!!

Got great service and a good price. Their dispatcher kept in touch with me while they tried to locate me since I didnt really have any land marks around me. The driver knew how to tow my car even though I list my keys in a field. Happy to have used them.

Guy came to reposses our car for a dealership there and couldnt even tell us what the price was to drop the car, even though thats his job, so he should know. He just didnt want to drop the car and show up for nothing.

Very,very, I repeat very unprofessional.As I write this review I a stuck in the middle of nowhere,because they refused to take me to my destination at the last minutm.After waiting in my car for an hour.They claimed my destination (Springfield is too far).I asked why would you change your mind at the last minute?I am very angry.Because,they were not truthful with me from the get go.I do not wish my experience with this company to anyone else.That is the sole reason why I am writing this review.Please,please stay away from them.They are cruel and bad business management.Thank you
