My 1-star is for their billing practices. I sent my child there from January to May. During that time we switched insurances. My own fault for not making sure the new insurance information was updated correctly. However, I literally just received my first ever statement from them today, 9/6/2021 despite asking for a bill back in May, and to top it off, they emailed it (the $1,056 bill) to my child directly, not even to me.
Been coming here for 4 years they have been a great support; and have helped me through out a lot!
