The most genuine and smart woman I know

I am currently in recovery here at ARC, have been since around July 2018. It’s my first time being in recovery but I must say it’s been a great experience so far. Dr Williams pays a great amount of attention to each and every one of her patients and leaves no one behind. If you have a hard time opening up in group discussions, she does very well in placing you in a group she feels like you’ll be most comfortable. Also, if you do feel like you need to talk to someone on the side, she is more than happy to talk to you one on one and she’s a great listener with even better advice. The only way you can fail in this center is if YOU are not doing what you are supposed to be doing throughout your recovery. Dr Williams understands that there is a process to recovery, but you must understand that you have to want this for yourself to complete your recovery successfully. Your actions are what make your outcome. Other than that, you can turn this into a great experience to connect with others in the same situation as you.

Dr. Williams and her staff are a wonderful team! They take their time to listen and truly care about their clients. Some of the group counselors volunteer their time each day and that is true passion for this field! I appreciate the structure they provided and the support they gave me through my worst times. I learned a great deal about myself and my recovery I never would have been able to explore had it not been for their constant motivation and pushing me to new heights. The most important thing to take away from a good or bad experience here, is to remain flexible, humble, and most importantly honest through any encounter. That is where true recovery grows. Thank you Dr. Williams and all the staff I was able to engage with through my year with Angelo Recovery. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me! I grew in so many ways and I only have the Lord and this place to thank!

Angelo Recovery & Counseling Svcs, has been my lifesaver. Dr. Williams and her staff have gone far beyond what is accepted from a counseling center. She brings compassion and sincerity along with her professional knowledge. For myself, they have treated me with the upmost respect. I feel comfortable in the environment that they provide, they treat me as an individual, and make me feel and show me that they are truly committed to my recovery. I dont feel like Im just a number where you come in, do what needs to done to just to move on. Angelo Recovery and Dr. Williams, take their time to get to know you and find the right program for you to help you successfully succeed in your total recovery. Dr. Williams is top notch in her field and expects no less from her staff. Dr. Williams and her team are an excellent caring compassionate group. I have gained so much through therapy groups and one on one therapy with Dr. Williams. I look forward to my time at Angelo Recovery & Counseling Services, Inc. each week. I feel that Dr. Williams and her team are there to help me, are routing for my success and extremely understanding. I have never met such a compassionate and understanding therapist as Dr. Williams and Im so glad to be receiving such counseling services from this wonderful woman. As for the negative review of them not answering the phone this is a lie. Some folks are just down right juvenile.

I doubt very much that the negative reviews that appear here are accurate. I participate in Dr. Williams program and I know without a doubt that she is honest and scrupulous. I would take the negative comments with more than a grain of salt.

Dr Williams has helped me so much learning how to deal/overcome my anxiety. She has also help my husband and I learn to communicate so that our marriage is stronger and healthier

This place took my money withdrew me from the class with no merit. Find a counselor somewhere else. You’ll be glad you did!
