From the moment we walked in to the time we checked out we were treated like family. Young man working the counter was extremely polite and helpful. Stopped by for a lb. of turkey jerky (like eating turkey off a drumstick, yum) and Vollemans Dairy milk (one of few local businesses in the area you can buy their milk). Rest of meat and cheese counter looked tasty and we will have to expand our purchase next visit.

Great beef jerky and great sausage. The best best part is if you are traveling you don’t have to worry about refrigeration. They are very helpful, kind and will even provide you with a sample if you are unsure.

I have had several cows butchered over the years with Dutchmans Market. I am especially pleased with Sloan, Barry, and Brets advice how to make my cuts better each time I use them. The daily service by the rest of the staff is exceptional too. I have made their sandwiches and ready to eat products (jerky and dried SAUSAGE) my lunch and dinner for many years.You can be proud when you bring the animal you loved and raised for food to be butchered by the Dutchman team. I respect the animal I have raised and they have the expertise and reverence to butcher it. Coupled with the gardening experience, it is very satisfying to know the meat and vegitables I raised is enjoyed by my family and is pure. I highly recommend the Dutchman s Market team.

Great! Their slices of smoked pork chop are outstanding, as well as their cheeses & salami. For Christmas I bought Prime Rib. It was wonderful!

We often get Dutchman’s sausage and sauce for family get togethers. I honestly have to say the have the best sausage and sauce in Fredericksburg that I am aware of.

Great place for meats with great service but no sides (potato salad/Cole slaw) prices are very reasonable.
