Setting up a website is hard. Redesigning a website that is chock full of content and hasnt been updated more than a decade is even harder! After speaking with Josh Walton, it was readily apparent that he is more knowledgeable than most of the website designers currently marketing to small companies today. Additionally, he was willing to share his recommendations and insights with our firms management team. I strongly recommend Websites for Anything if you are a small business owner.

I encourage research in what other providers have to offer before selecting this company. To be fair the people that work there seem nice. On the surface they have a good looking plan but in execution there is much to be desired. Nice does not translate into effective and a good looking plan does not translate into a comprehensive approach to helping your business grow. From the beginning, I voiced significant concerns and the response was largely a shoulder shurg. The worst part is Im locked into a year long contract full of add-ons that seem good but result in very little. (Think cell phone contracts or time-shares that you cant escape from.) Thankfully Ive shared my concerns with collegues that were going to use this company so Ive spared a couple folks from my experience. Ive been in business for a long time and should have known better. Of course Ill be following up with a formal complaint with the BBB, but I suspect not much will come from it except a nice reply full of fluff and no substance. I still have to be their customer for 7 more months so Ill keep you posted. In complete fairness, the person they have that actually creates web pages is really great. She is creative and fun to work with. I liked our page a lot, just the service behind it is mediocore. Dont believe me, do the research, you can find better, comprehensive service for much less money.

Only 2 pages instead of 5, not a high quality website, definitely NOT personalized, NO professional style, NO top-notch structures, NO customers testimonials, NO blog set up, NO hands on training, NO support - all the above advertised, but NOT delivered. Management very unresponsive, minimum follow-up and careless about our company needs or request. Extremely high price for the quality of the work and especially the customer service close to none.
