Hired them to design foundation, slab and floor joist layout for a 60x40 steel building that has a walk-out basement. I placed my deposit march 23rd. As of the day im writing this, ive only received a drawing of a 60x40 rectangular foundation with walls that were too thin to place the steel buildings mounting plates on. The only time ive received any communication from them is when they wanted me to place a deposit and after i stopped by asking for an update. Lead time for the project was claimed to be 1-2 weeks. I stopped by again to request an update 2 months later and the guy working on my project was out on another job. I will not be using them again, and would only recommend them to people who i think are crooks.Edit-simple communication could have avoided such drastic negative feelings.Edit 2-Situation was resolved. I am happy with the end product. An owner reached out to me and i feel like we saw each other eye-to-eye. I would do business with them again.

Ive use Alexcom for a few Projects of mine. I own HR Renovations. I finally got get up with all the BS they give me. They always lie and tell me my plans would be ready when they were really weeks away. I almost got a bad review from my client do to this rookies from Alexcom. They hired people that are not even qualify to draw a simple sunroom plan. I found an Engineer company out of Fredericksburg. I have only 5star Ratings on Home Advisor and Angis list and I almost got a bad review do tho this rookies.
