D & D Family Dentistry is really great. We have been patients for 8 years. My daughter had a fear of dentists and they were tears involved, bit Dr. Diaz made her feel comfortable. She explained everything that would happen beforehand.The whole office makes you feel comfortable, from the front desk, hygienists and assistants. Definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I would give a ZERO or NEGATIVE 100 if possible. I drove 50 minutes in from the countryside to have my son see this Dentist for his very first time to a dentist and I was FOUR minutes late, so in their kindness they refused to see me. Unbelievable. I even called in advance to let them know I was running a few minutes late due to unexpected delays on the long drive. The appointment was for x-rays and no one was in the waiting room and no one came in after me as I waited infuriated in the parking lot for 20 minutes to calm down. Go somewhere else, but first call these losers and tell them that because of their poor service you are going elsewhere. Thanks for reading.

Terrible service. The front office workers attempt to book as many short appointments as they can each day, instead of actually finishing any one job. This causes patients to come back an unnecessary amount of times, and miss a ridiculous amount of work in the process. If you try to bring this up, they become confrontational.Of the dental assistants - the woman that assists Dr. Duarte clearly hates her job, and is amongst the rudest medical professionals Ive ever encountered. Expect attitude and condescending explanations if you get her.Of the dentists - Dr. Duarte is short, brash, and subpar at speaking English. He’s also prone to making painful mistakes, and then denying medication.All & all - steer clear. These people do not deserve your business.

D & D is the best! Dr Diaz is an amazing pediatric dentist and exactly what we have been looking for. She is so caring and patient and really knows how to connect with the kids. She keeps them in the loop of what is going on and what to expect from all the tools she is using in a comforting way so they are relaxed. Nice & clean office and is always on time!

I had an hygienist appointment today at 3:40 pm... I arrived at 3:48pm, my appointment had been canceled due to an emergency visit that came in at 3:30pm .. and I was late .. now mind you as I was standing there with the receptionist the hygienist walked out with her patient at 3:55pm ... which means she just finished her scheduled appointment before mine. So she was not ready for me . Second the receptionist informed me that at 3:40 pm she decided to take the emergency patient back !!!! Now when you go to the dentist for an emergency... it is not to have your teeth clean !!!!! .. now on my first two appointments I waited over 30 minutes !!! I accepted their apologies... and waited !!! Now I was 8 minutes late and the hygienist was with the emergency patient!.... so why was I canceled ??? .... hmmm I wonder why 😔The receptionist then went on to say ... I can reschedule you ... I said no I will not be back !!!! Not mention the receptionist said your appointment was at 2:40 pm, I said no it was 3:40 pm .. I have my text message reminder ... ! I would not recommend!!!

Great dentist office! The whole staff makes you feel very comfortable. The front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful, they clearly explain everything to you. The tech staff is knowledgeable and does a great job! The office is run by husband and wife dentists, so if you like to support, local, family owned businesses - this is the place. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

D and D is the best practice in town. They are always so friendly and make going to the dentist such an easy stress free process. This office is not only great for us adults but kids too. My kids love going to the dentist thanks to Dr Diaz.

This office is great! My 8 year old daughter had a check up and cleaning yesterday. Dr. Diaz was very kind and gentle. She did a thorough examination of her teeth and even found a cavity on a previous x-ray I provided, that was not diagnosed at the office we were going to before!! D&D dentistry is a great place for your dental needs. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but the staff -from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists- are working hard to make sure my teeth and gums stay healthy. Just had a checkup and cleaning and Gisela did an outstanding job. She took the time to explain the importance of good dental care.Hard to give a great review to a place (dentist office) that few like to visit. It’s a necessity, and this office makes the chore of taking care of your teeth a little easier.

I dont usually write reviews, because those can be very polarized at times, but I wanted to share my experience.I had a great experience in this family run and oriented practice. It didnt feel like going into Jiffy Lube, where you go for an oil change of $30, and ended up with a bill of hundreds, if you know what I mean. The whole team is highly professional, and one of the things that is most important, cares. Great service, highly recommend.

D&d dentistry has been extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Karen has been such a pleasure, even fitting me into a small spot to get my tooth out at the last minute. Five star rating, would definitely recommend them!

I highly dont recommend this place for anyone. Such an unprofessional people, liars, players.there is a woman Dr, She plays with her patients. I took my mom here for denture.my mom waited for 4 months.then the denture was finally ready, and it was extremely exhausted.my said she doesnt like it.the Dr tried to fix it.the second time when we went back, it was the same. When we said we dont like it,the Dr became crazy. She said she doesnt want to continue. My even cried because she was waiting for 4 months,but the Dr didnt care at all. She is not even a human,she played for 4 months and then at very last minute she said that the game is over.

Always a great experience. Priscilla always streets me with a smile. I have never waited more than 5 mins after arriving to be seen. Procedures have been painless and effective. Everything is explained in easy to understand terms and they always provide advice without sounding condescending. I highly recommend this office. I visit the Midlothian office, but I cant imagine the experience being any different at the other location.

I have HORRIBLE anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I have been here twice, once for a cleaning and again, today for a very deep cavity.Every INCH of this staff is always so kind and friendly and they will go every mile to assuage your fears! I usually have a xanex prescribed for me before hand and take it 30 minutes before any filling or dental surgeryBut today it wasnt working! I mean I was shaking in the chair and just silent tears and the dr stopped multiple times to talk me through it, so did the technician. Every flinch was addressed, more numbing added, every care was taken to make me more comfortable, my husband was even allowed back to help me through it.And at the end of it I got a very nice stylus/pen combo from the front desk!This is the place to go.

The male owner left bonding in my teeth had to redo my tooth and it still aches and is not filled in right. I will never go back.

Wait is ridiculous. Dentist insisted antibiotics are pain killers. After getting horrible yeast infection from antibiotics I was told by receptionist to go primary care they couldn’t help me. She never asked the doctor and when I got upset told to leave or the would call sheriffs office. Do not go here if you can help it. Care is way below standards.

I had a appt monday to see Dr Diaz to get her to reline my dentures while i was in dentist chair waiting to do impressions i heard a drill i said what are you doing she said she had to make top denture smooth and oh you have a crack on the gum because my dentures were in a big zip lock bag and fell on floor and chair was low to the floor i have dropped my dentures before standing up and they have never cracked i believe she did cracked them while she was making denture smooth i even paid the fee i left my dentures and that i could pick them up wednesday afternoon but i got a call today saying the lab was not able to get them and would have to wait till monday i agreed but was angry and said ok i pick up monday but i thought about it called them back and want my dentures back and the money credited back to my carecredit and i will go elsewhere the lady said thatcwill be the best soloution they were kinda rude the staff and dentist can be nice to some people and not so nice to others i dont reccommend this dental office they lied to me .

Not a good service. I see many people with good reviews here but my treatment was totally unprofessional. I still cant believe they way they treated me. First time I made an appointment was happy and waiting about a month. A day prior to my appointment. they call me and schedule for the next week. I was upset because this is painful and waiting a month? then the next week came by and they call me the same day that I had my appointment that they cant do the cleaning of my teeth. Just can do the X-Rays and just see me. Wow! Couldnt believe it but I went to do the X-Ray cause it has been giving me pain cause I see 2 tooth needs refill. Just by seeing them I know this and no need for X-Rays or anything. I guess they do this procedure to charge money. OK, went and did that and no cleaning cause they cant do it without any explanations. I went home and called them to do my two fillings, made an appt. and again a week long of waiting. The day that had the appointment I planned ahead and losing time from work. Their office sends me a confirmation and I am happy that I will get my tooth fills. A minute later their secretary calls me to re-schedule for Friday. WOW, another big disappointing time for me. I told her no cause I was waiting and planned ahead and I need them done today because this is unprofessional.Then she tells me that we can do at 12pm that day. I still told her that I planned ahead and losing time from work. Asking your boss for time off doesnt feel that great plus if I went at 12 I would lose the whole day. I got upset because this is the third time they do this to me and I told her they are unprofessional. Do they do this to all the patients or just selective? Not sure but I told her I was going to look for another dentist. They might think that they are the only one? Well only ones with this bad services yeah maybe. Really bad experience with them that I will never use them again and had to share my bad experience.Also her explanation was that they cant control when someone gets sick. I didnt believe her cause this is the third time. Then 20 minutes passed and they called me back and left a voicemail that they can do it at 10am and she got someone to do it. I didnt call them back cause from the start a bad experience and service. I just wonder what type of job will they do??? NO WAY... I found another dentist who covers my insurance and will see them tomorrow and you know what, they will clean my teeth tomorrow in my first visit.If you cant clean teeth so why are you offering these services? I leave good reviews to business out there who deserves it but also share my bad reviews so you get ready for this type of services. Is not good to treat customers this way because is just not right. I have my own business and dont treat people this way. NOT GOOD! I am also a webmaster SEO and I will leave my experience on other websites and internet regarding this bad service.

D&D Dentistry is amazing. My family and I as well as my brother and his wife have been going to D&D for a few years and would not go anywhere else. For one, the staff is awesome from the office staff to clinical staff. They are always friendly and helpful, and take the time to check on you and follow up to be sure your OK. Its nice having a slow, intimate family feel in a place of business where you dont feel like another number, Lydia and Karen know me by first name when I call. Dr. Diaz and Dr. Duarte are equally as amazing. Not only good at what they do, they are also just genuine people. I have had them reach out to me while on vacation to help me with a toothache. I dont know anyone else who would take the time from thier own vacation to check on me or make sure the office squeezes me in. The entire staff is also great with kids, as mine range from 5 to 20years old and they all love going to their dentist appointments. Anyone with multiple kids knows waiting for appointments can be torture. But I can honestly say we have never waited more than 5minutes to be seen, and when we are called back everyone is so accomodating to our large family that the experience isnt miserable like it was for us at other places in the past. Id recommend this office to anyone wanting a caring, family dentist for themselves or thier kids.

Looky there another place to rip off the public. My husband went to get a denture replacement...he was made to wait several weeks to get his appointment. Then while waiting for a longgggggg period of time for this new denture and since he had no denture and had to still eat it caused an infection which made him have to wait longer( ohhh and at that 2nd visit they didnt bother to tell him they never even made the denture anyway) so after it healed he went back and then they told him he had another infection(becauseee he was waiting on this denture they still never had made but didnt tell him) and ohhh by the way we arent giving you anything for the infection this time we are pawning you off to another doc and ohhh by the way thats when they tell him the never had it made. So my husband suffered for 2 months with noooo denture and still doesnt have one. I am telling everyone I know what they did and never go there Ty for nothing Diaz

Dr. Diaz needs to work on having more patience with her patients. Shes rude go somewhere else and pay for your service.
