Staff were very helpful. Accidentally left something in a vehicle and got it the next day with no issues and immediate assistance from the team. Good service and overall solid location.
Rented a cargo van today. The whole experience was very efficient and professional and the rental process was very smooth. I’ve rented from other companies in the area and the customer service at Hertz was first rate. John did a great job.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Rented a vehicle for 10 days, yes I was late to get there and they gave it away. No notification, no phone call. They dont even consider the fact that flights get delayed. Response was we have a car shortage and that was it. No offer to replace or assist. Not the first time we receive horrible service from Hertz. This is definitely my last time renting from them. Never again.
I had a great experience checking-in and returning the vehicle. The car was dirty due to a prior rain, but the inside smelled great. The guy working was really nice and professional.

Worst customer service by far! Will never rent with them again and would recommend family / friends the same as well. Hertz did nothing to help me while I was stranded in their car on the way with no keys to car - fault of one of their employees. They didn’t even bother to notify about the key that they didn’t give me even though that is something that they can easily do as they do have all the information of the person who books the car. On top of that when I expressed my concern to the Hertz representative he was really unsupportive and couldn’t care less. Definitely not even close to #1 customer service they claim to be!!!

So even though the hertz website states that you can rent a car in a certain rate class and be the age of 24, you don’t have to use a credit card to rent a car. You may pay with a debit card but you must put a deposit of $200. Which I have done at another branch with no problems or cocky attitude but this branch had an Ethan who gave nothing but “I’m right and your wrong” attitude and didn’t even pay attention to a word I said. Because he was to busy interrupting me while I spoke .To me it seems like they are attempting collect credit card information even though they will allow you to pay with a debit card instead of the credit card. They just want you card info to charge it but then give it back. So still taking a deposit from your card that is linked to your social security number. Even a debit card from a major bank company is still linked to your social security number. And also for anyone else who’s rents from them check your receipts because they will over charge you and not tell you why until they print the receipt and already charged you and then tell you to go online if you have any questions about it .... but they will make sure to repetitively tell you to give them great reviews and surveys....
Rude! Changed policies and they wouldnt give me my reservation and I had to beg for a ride home! So disappointed
It was awesome!! The staff was amazing!! There was a hiccup w the dates that wasnt my fault or theirs that ultimately would have ended up costing me money out of pocket. It was a rental though my insurance company due to an accident. The issue was w the ins co.. however Hertz fixed the problem!! This was my first experience w them and I would happily work w them again!! Thank you Hertz staff!!❤️❤️❤️

Very happy with my visit today. I had called various other rental places and nobody had anything available. I showed up at hertz and they had me all taken care of, booked for my rental, and on my way very quickly.At the time of this writing, the public is just starting to get back out from being on lock down from covid 19 and I think that was the reason for lack of stock. Combined that with it being the weekend and I didnt have a reservation (was in an accident the night before so hadnt planned on needing a rental), I think that played into it.Ill update if anything changes when I drop off, but so far very happy.

The agent was very friendly, recommended a 4x4 upgrade for reasonable price with the bad weather and was efficient with the check out. No surprises with the bill later

Rented minivan via Hertz website at last minute. Staff were friendly and the Grand Caravan was very clean and everything worked great on the minivan for our multiday trip.
Werent exactly the most friendly or helpful about anything, in was quoted one price but when I arrived it was far higher.
Online didnt say that there was going to be a $200 fee just to take a car we already paid for.

Great customer service
I have over $3000 in my account I wanted to get a rental car same day and did not want to use my credit card for personal reasons. I even called USAA to see if being a trusted USAA member would get me a car same day and they would not get me a rental car. I went to Enterprise which is right down the street and with no problems no verification of me being a USAA member. I got a rental car for three days only thing they charge me was $200 security deposit I will never deal with Hertz ever again in my life
