I talked w/Caitlyn, who was extremely helpful, about a problem I was having with my 15 year old Acorn stairlift (which your company does not sell or service). We thought the batteries might need replacing (which a technician could do). Alex came and determined it was, in fact, the batteries. He replaced them and I thought everything was fine. However, the remote controls no longer worked. Even though you dont service Acorn products, he came back to see if there was a quick fix to the problem. He was able to resolve the issue and the stairlift is working fine. During both visits, Alex was very knowledgeable and professional, while also being friendly and courteous. He is a credit to your company. I can assure you that if, and when, I do have to purchase a new stairlift, I will be contacting All American Mobility.

Alex & Corey came out today to put another grab bar in for my husband. They discussed the options and best way to place it. It is in the perfect place for him to use. They have installed a chair lift for us over the years - and made some minor adjustments to it while they were here. They have redone our bathroom making it safe and more useable for my husband. All American Mobility is the best!!!!

All American Mobility delivered and installed a chairlift within a day when we had an emergency. Their staff was courteous, efficient, and professional. They wore masks, which we appreciated. JUST HAD MY CHAIR DELIVERED OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! I am a Veteran and on Wednesday of last week had my chair adjustment down at the Va in Richmond Virginia and was waiting for my valet parking person to bring me my car when I received a call from All American ( had left the clinic only 5 minutes before) about picking up my chair for me the next day to deliver it to Fredericksburg to my home and install my lift on a Saturday, which they dont do normally but had arranged for another close by and inquired if I would be ok with that....of course I said YES!!! ALEX came on time and was nothing but polite and very thorough. I had a very positive and professional experience. I would highly recommend them....They also installed my ramps and were highly professional and on time as well. The company close to my home which is such peace of mind for me being a widow....Best Christmas gift I could have received!!!!

In Jan 2020 Mr Chris Hawkins (All American Mobility} removed our well used lift and installed a New Bruno lift.We are very pleased with the turn key option Mr Hawkins offered. This company is OUTSTANDING. When I found out that it was owned and operated by a Marine, I knew that the company would deliver the goods!! Caitlyn and Clay were wonderful with setting up an appointment for an estimate, and scheduling the stairlift to be installed; very prompt and were able to schedule both appointments within a few days. Additionally, they got me the best price on the market. They also provided me a Military Discount and were able to have the State Tax waived, saving me more money. Alex, AJ and Danny were the technicians that provided the estimate and installed the stairlift. They were great; very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and are extremely efficient at what they do! Very responsive to service request. A.J. arrived COVID compliant with mask at the scheduled time and was very courteous. He spent a few minutes diagnosing my lift chairs problem and ordered the part while on site. The part arrived within 3 days (very surprised!) and All American asked if they could come that morning. I am retired and live in my chair so I said absolutely! Danny and Corey arrived shortly COVID compliant with masks and quickly replaced the broken motor and demonstrated the full operation of the chair. They took the broken part and left the area clean. I call that outstanding support. 5 stars from this very satisfied customer and I will continue to support this business because they take care of the customer.

Our tech, Alex Williams, came and worked on our wheelchair ramp today, in the rain I might add. He was quick and the ramp was fixed and added to in no time. Great service and absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I still cannot believe he was cheerful even working in the rain.

We recently had a lift installed on our Escape. Alex was the tech who did the work. He was professional and kept us informed. His work was well done and he demonstrated the use of the equipment after installation. We are very happy. As a newly disabled physician I have been frankly shocked by the customer service by multiple DME/disability aid companies. When things break it impacts your life on a far more comprehensive level than I ever experienced when healthy. It’s so frustrating when things aren’t done promptly and with care.This company is different. They truly care, communicate well, act as your advocate, and move promptly to help. I could not recommend them more strongly.

I would have given a zero or negative point if possible. The VA requested a quote of my VPL. The owner made an appt, was late then refused to do a quote. He pulls up, I tried to explain the job, he blurts out that the VA will not pay for the grading of my land without knowing what is in place. He did not allow me to speak and then says” I don’t want to bid” and leaves. WOW, unprofessional, don’t know what he is talking about or maybe because he is prejudice. In any case, I will not use this company or will not recommend it to anyone. I will notify Bruno of this interaction. MyLand IS getting graded and an unprofessional company doesn’t need to earn anything from my home. Everything happens for a reason!You don’t get another chance to come to my home as rude as you were!

Both Alex & Danny were GREAT! They were considerate and worked in an expeditious manner. All American should be very proud of them.They made sure we knew how to operate the left before they left, making sure that any questions we had were important.
