I took my car in for an routine oil change and tire rotation. I had one tire that was low in pressure and was told it was not repairable. I was told I had a razor in my tire and it would cost me $250+ for a new tire. I was also told it would cost close to $900 to have new front pads and rotors installed on my Cadillac. I went to have Good Year take a look at my tire to possible fix or replace and there was no leak nor any penetration from the broken razor, it was just stuck in the meat of the tire. Good Year also noted, that if the razor had of cut through the rubber and caused a slow leak, it was patchable being it was in the middle of the tread. The cost for the brake repair is grossly quoted as to much. They quoted me $350 v/s $900.

All the tedious details are taken care of. I didnt have to go to the DMV. They even dropped off my rental car for me! This is my second Radley purchase, necessary because I had been involved in a crash and my Torrent was totaled. After the trauma of the crash and the stress of dealing with the insurance company, Radley made the car-buying process painless.
This is the second time Radley Chevrolet has helped me. We were traveling down to King George from upstate NY to visit our daughter and family when I suddenly got an ABS and stabilatrack warning lights. I called Radley service and even though they were scheduling service calls two weeks out, they had me bring my car in and leave it with them. We had to return home within three days for a previous commitment so it was a bit of a rush. They got the work done within two days and I was back on the road. Great job once again. Only minor issue and the reason for four stars, the mechanic forgot to remove what looks like a homemade S hook made out of 1/4 inch steel tubing that was hanging on the strut spring. I assume it was to hang tools or parts on while he was working. We drove all the way home with this rattle coming from somewhere near the right front tire. Found and removed the S hook when we got home.
My sells person and finance person where the best. One of the best experiences that I had. Only down side. Whomever detailing the vehicles did a poor job. Windows not done, dirt still on the wheels tires and under carriage.Again job well done by my sells person Tony. All I had to do is tell him what I wanted, and he made it happen.
Service supervisor was professional and courteous. In that I didnt have an appointment as only wanted an oil change, It was recommended to me that I show up at 0645 before they opened at 0700. I was the second vehicle and was greeted promptly at 0700 and my truck was back in the maintenance bay by 0705. My service and maintenance was complete and I was out of there by 0815. They did a tremendous job all the way around! Thank you Radley.
Dropped my car off in the line in the evening and filled out the form to have my vehicle inspected as my vehicle was shaking vigorously coming in from out of town.They called me promptly at 7 a.m. and wanted a verbal description of the issues I was facing. An hour or so later, I was contacted and informed that I had warped rotors and my hub assemblies were damaged. After discussing which issues needed immediate addressing, they got to work and were finished by 11 a.m.Justin has great client facing skills and the technicians were quick and efficient. Would recommend!
Everyone was pleasant. however, considering we came in knowing what we wanted and what we would pay it wasnt difficult. Our salesman did walk away from us when stopped by someone else that did not have an appointment as we did. I was also surprised that he did not want to put a mask on to go on a test ride. Otherwise all was well. Everything was explained pretty thoroughly
Salesman Keith was not pushy whatsoever. The entire reason I would ever buy a new car is if the salesperson tries to sell me something I already want. He was very informative and answered any question without trying to upsell anything. Would 100 percent buy from him again

My Chevy Silverado 2500 HD diesel truck was mistakenly filled up with gas by someone who borrowed it. My pickup was then towed to Radley Chevrolet. I dropped off my car at 10am I had to call to get an update on my car around 4. Victoria who was my advisor said to me she was just handed my paperwork & what was needed to fix car also let me know that my warranty coverage was able to pay. So I said to her my warranty covers a rental & that I needed one since they had absolutely no loaners available. She said to me that they dont handle that. She called my warranty people to get the numbers for me to call & get my own rental.. long story short, if I wouldve done so I wouldve paid out of pocket for the rental, they (Radley/my advisor) was supposed to call my warranty to let them know what my car needed to b fixed & let them know that I needed a rental. That is/was their job that she told me that they didnt do that. I was without a car for over 24hrs (I had to call to get an update the next day also. The only time I received a call was when my car was finished) missed my doctors appointment for my 5mo old daughter. & also my car is doing/acting the same way as when I took it to them. I refuse to go back to this place!!!. I will be going back to the company that usually work on my car.

My Equinox suddenly stalled four times while I was doing an errand on Tuesday. I called our Radley Service Rep, Justin Taylor, who said to bring the car in if I could and it would be worked on the next day. At 7:20 AM the next morning Justin called to say what the problem was, the cost of the repair, and the car would be ready in one hour and it was! Fantastic service response!!
There were no high pressure sales talks, our salesperson was Allan and he was great, he took a few moments to just talk with us and to get a feel for what we were looking to do, was it to buy now or the future. He answered all of our questions without hesitation, was very straight forward and polite. After some conversation We were set up with a 24 hour demo to see how we would like the Cadillac we choose instead of the drive around the block. My wife and I made our discussion the next morning and came back to the Radley Cadillac dealer and normally this is the painful part because of the amount of time. These folks had us done and on our way in maybe a little more than an hour if that. I have brought a few vehicles in my time from other dealerships, I never been through the process in such a short amount of time Allan and the rest of the crew did an awesome job. We now own two vehicles purchased from the Radley dealership. They added a personal touch by remembering my birthday earlier this week. Just purchased a vehicle from Radley yesterday from a distance and all involved made it super simple. Hannah, Ryan and John were very helpful as a team. I made the initial inquiry on their website, and Hannah had called me within a few minutes and engaged in a text conversation. She answered my questions and even provided additional pictures and arranged a video for me, which is where Ryan stepped in and took over. Ryan sent very detailed pictures and videos so I knew exactly what I was looking at before I even drove to the dealership. John worked with me on getting the purchase agreement together and all of them had everything ready for me the minute I stepped in the dealership. I dont believe I was even in the dealership for more than 30-40 minutes. All the paperwork was printed ahead of time... I signed and drove away.Would highly recommend!
I drove over an hr, just because I love that yall do the multi point inspection. I was told this was included with the oil change, but somehow got charged an extra $20. When I checked out, I didnt get the multi point I section so I went to ask for it. They gave me everything checked in green. I know they didnt actually do it because my tires are severely worn out and need replaced. Im just super disappointed in Radley now and doubt that Ill be back
The quality of work was good. Everyone was very friendly and even gave me a ride to and from work while my truck was being fixed. However based on another experience using your dealership I feel that this time I was somewhat mislead and overcharged. Not sure if I’ll be returning in the future or not. Again the work was good and my issue was solved but I don’t feel it was priced fairly based on other experiences there.
Our family of 7 was traveling on vacation from to New Jersey to South Carolina, when our Chevrolet Suburban started having car trouble. We called your dealership and Vicki answered the phone. From the beginning she was professional and so accommodating. It turns out we needed a new transmission, not what you want to hear when you’re taking 5 kids on vacation, but everyone at Radley Chevrolet was great. Our experience with Radley Chevrolet parts and service were beyond outstanding! We were from out of state and had a little problem with our hitch assembly while hauling a horse trailer. When we contacted Radley Chevrolet, Chris in the parts department was able to get the hitch assembly drop shipped immediately even though it was late in the day. The service department asked us to be there when they opened at 7 AM. Our customer service representative, Ruby, took excellent care of us and kept us apprised of the situation during the entire process. Our service technician, Eddie, was very knowledgeable and both he and the shop foreman went to great lengths to ensure that the new hitch assembly was properly installed and that we would be safe to drive horse and horse trailer back home eight hours away. We are so grateful to the folks in parts and service at Radley Chevrolet, and we would highly recommend this dealership to all.

Justin was able to get our suburban in and engine light codes diagnosed quickly even without an appointment. The repair recommendations were in line with what the vehicle actually needed repaired and the cost was very reasonable. Great job and thank you for not recommending repairs that were unnecessary.
Everyone was friendly. Service was quick and thorough. I was told once I arrived, that my truck was due for a bigger maintenance than simple oil change and tire rotation. They explained what it consisted of and assured me the normal maintenance was going to be deducted from the overall balance because that’s always free for us anyways. Nothing is ever unexpected at Radley, except the nice people. They always come to tell you if they find or think something else needs done. They don’t just do it, and then add it to the bill and surprise you with a giant sum at the end. I like that. They also explain everything so that anyone who isn’t a mechanic can still fully understand what’s going on. I love this place.

Rick and the service department were great through everything. My main issue is with Robert the collision manager who i will be making a formal complaint on. He had no communication with me and was very unpleasant the one time I did speak with him. He saw me the day I picked my vehicle up and kept his back turned towards me and refused to speak or acknowledge questions I had.
The service techs and managers at Radley have always been helpful, to say the least. Recently I had an issue with my Malibu and I only take it to Radley to have the work done. They walked me through the issue, and quoted me a price for parts and labor. Theyre labor rate is steeper than a lot of other service shops, but the customer service hasnt disappointed yet at Radley.
Gary was excellent, friendly and communicative. Bill, my finance officer, was straightforward and honest, and I appreciate the both of them making this work for me.
If you go here they have no problem with leaving parts of also draining your antifreeze completely letting you leave without even knowing claiming to have done a 27 point inspection when it wasn’t ripping you off they have no problem with doing these things for fixing your car not gonna happen next step is to contact the news Better Business Bureau and a lawyer
Came into the dealership without an appointment as a result of problems getting my car started. I knew I had an older battery that may need replaced . Greeted by Service Advisor Austin Davis who agreed to have my problem checked. Turned out the battery needed replacement. Austin coordinated everything and arranged to have a new Delco battery installed and the electrical settings in my car checked and adjusted after the new battery was installed. The Tech who serviced my car also recommended that I should put new front brake pads in sometime soon which I will do during my annual service visit in August with Vickie Koons my regular Service Advisor who was on vacation. Austin gave me a completed estimate with the recommended information and the prices. Austin did a great job of handling my needs, resolving my problems, and providing customer service.
Had a safety inspection done with an oil change. Everyone was really helpful and service waiting room was great, but service took almost 2 hrs, even though I had an appointment.
Dropped my truck off for an inspection and oil change. When I got it back someone had gotten grease on my leather seats, grease all over the front grill and hood and grease all in the door jam as you enter into the drivers side. When I got it home and parked it in the garage I noticed oil dripping as well so when I looked there was excess oil dripping from the bottom of the frame bracing where they had not cleaned up at all. Very disappointed in the quality of the service that I received. At the end of the day they got done what I asked but I spent a couple hours cleaning up the mess that they left in my truck, on my truck and my garage floor.
From beginning to end the sell of the car I had to the purchase of the new one was seamless. The agent was mindful of what I wanted and did not try to get me to purchase what he wanted.
Other then taking a while to get my car in for an appt, due to so many cars getting serviced..the service was great!!! You always take excellent care of my cars service needs..Thanks again!!
Ryan was awesome! We were told he was new but you would never be able to tell. I went out with intentions of looking at multiple SUVs at different dealerships and this was our first stop and we never ended up making it anywhere else because we loved the traverse and all of the features he showed us on it. Even our test drive was awesome. I will 100% send anybody his way that I know may be car shopping.
Our hybrid battery was not working and was going to be too expensive to fix so we sold it to the junk yard; only to find out later that they never tried fixing the recall issue that would have been free. So we paid hundreds of dollars for them to confirm that the recall did affect our car and then lost our car for something that should have been free from the beginning.
It was my pleasure to meet a very nice young lady today. She made the situation at hand very easy to deal with. I would recommend Jasmine to anyone who expects the best service out their. Thank you Radley Chevrolet for you and your awsome team.

The only downside is Radley is further from our house (we are in Delaware) or wed go to them to purchase all of our Chevys. Thanks Radley for making this purchase super simple!

The process from starting my search online to count in for a test drive was a smooth transition. My experience with this dealership was terrible. Employees were not welcoming upon arrival. There was a lack of communication and when staff was informed, it was the least of their concern . Calling this dealership with questions, concerns and follow up information is like pulling teeth. They screen your calls to the point that you cant be helped. The service departmentwas the worst. Dont waste your time . You should take your business elsewhere where you can be better served .

Brought my car in for oil change you said you did a multi point inspection and everything thing was green. I know for a fact I need brakes and a air filter. I figured if I am going to pay $125 for an oil change they would at least top off my washer fluid witch they did not. Very poor
I was already upset that my suburban that had 49k miles on it when the AC went then I take it to have it replaced and I’m charged for 6.9 hours of labor when the guy called me at 11am telling me my truck was already done and outside waiting when I know they didn’t start working on my truck at 4:30am. And that they took the bumper off and the grill when I looked at my bumper and can clearly see they didn’t touch the bumper And I’m told GM does special extensions to help cover replacements on this part because it’s such an issue there’s lawsuits for it but my VIN number doesn’t qualify but my co worker who has a Yukon with 80k miles on it they covered 60% of the cost of his. But my suburban that I bought brand new and paid $76k for with 50k miles on it doesn’t. I know I will never buy another Chevrolet as long as I live and neither will any or my friends or family.

Radley is an amazing dealer. Everybody is friendly, helpful, honest and efficient. Buying a car is usually a painful all day process but Radley had me in my new car in record time. I called before I went and gave me their internet sales person gave me a great price over the phone. I drove 2 hours to get to Radley. The used vehicle I came to drive was making a funny noise, instead of saying I didnt hear it my salesman Tony agreed and made sure the car got fixed. He offered to even deliver it so I didnt have to come back. I wanted to make sure it was fixed so I went back for a test drive again. Including test drive and all the paperwork I was in and out of the dealer in under 2 hours. They honored the price I was given on the phone with no nonsense whatsoever. Tony even delivered the out of stock accessories I bought to my house 2 hours away! This dealer is totally amazing I wouldnt hesitate to come back for another vehicle.

If I could, this would be a zero star rating. My husband had a horrible experience with this dealership. They had a new vehicle listed on their website, as well as Auto Trader, for about $45K. We also drove by the dealership and the vehicle had the same price listed on the vehicle. The following day he went into the dealership to view the vehicle and to possibly purchase it. The employees that worked with him were horrible. They increased the price of the vehicle up to $68K right in front of him and accused him of shopping around for vehicle misprints. This is horrible customer service and we will never revisit this dealership.

Service personnel were very helpful, positive, and seemed to really care that I got in and out with no issues. All work was done as expected and they even did a quick wash of my truck, which was very much appreciated and saved me time.

I walked into Radley Chevrolet yesterday evening with my wife and my sister-in-law, whose car had recently died. She needed something soon, and had a limited budget. Denise met us at the door, listened to what my SIL was looking for, and found a used car on the lot that was perfect for her needs. The in-house financing guy got my SIL a better rate than her own credit union did.Throughout the process, everyone at the dealership, but especially Denise, was patient and helpful, and got my SIL into a better car than we expected to be able to for the money she had available. Denise went above and beyond to explain all of the features of the car, do the Android Auto setup, get OnStar sorted out, and make sure every single one of my SILs questions and concerns was answered.This is not my first great experience with the sales team at Radley, and I expect it wont be my last.
Vehicle was brought in because A/C didnt work. We had the vehicle there around 2 months ago because A/C condenser was leaking. Service advisor told me this time the fill ports were leaking and it would cost about $480 to repair. They hook there A/C machine to these ports mind you. So they are basically telling me there technician did not recheck the ports or system for any other leaks. Luckily we have extended warranty that covered this, but it shouldnt of went that route what so ever. Great customer service guys....

My experience at the dealership wasnt bad. However, a week after my service, my engine light came back on. 🤷🏿♀️

Jason in Service is great again. Went in for a inspection and they found some other issues. Like Jason he told me of the issues gave me a great price and they took care of the service for me. My entire experience was GREAT!! Ruby kept me informed and had a shuttle pick me up when my car was ready. Car drives fine.
