He bamboozled me! I paid him about $900 for a new catalytic converter... He never ordered it. Never installed it. Informed me that he did install it. And allowed me to pick up my car from his shop. Knowing that he never installed a new converter... And he refuses to return my money after never performing the task I specially paid him for.

Worst experience ever! I paid him $550 March 13th. Today is July 11th and my catalytic converters still are NOT fixed. When he got the parts in the first time he didn’t call to tell me they were in. A month and a half had gone by so I called to find out they were in. I took the truck in the next week just to find out the parts didn’t fit. He’d ordered the parts the dealership told him to since the dealer was supposed to pay half yet he was the auto mechanic? He supposedly has the correct parts yet still has not called to have me in to get fixed to this day! I’m done!!!!
