Absolutely, by far, with out any doubt the best insurance agency to be a part of! I have been with the Bill Wyant insurance agency about 2 years now and came over from Geico. I’m not a person who likes change but this change was by far the best change I’ve ever made. They care about each one of their policy holders and will go above and beyond to help in any way possible. This group has several young ladies working there, and at any given day anyone of them can answer the phone and you get the same high level, high quality customer service with each one of them, the service doesn’t change. Wonderful environment understanding

They completely failed to add requested coverage so that when I needed to utilize said coverage, it was not available.They said they would check recorded calls to verify and fix the issue if they found that it was their fault, and they “couldn’t find the recording.”Called me and addressd me with the poorest of customer service skills, and argued with me rather than choosing any route of reconciliation.Going back to USAA where the heros live. Allstate was a massive mistake.
