This service center has to be the worst service center in the area! I took my car for oil change ant tire rotation, as simple as that. who would mess up with that?1. My VW requires 33 psi for front tires and 38 psi for rear. What do I get? 38 for the front and 33 for the rear.2. The car starts shaking on highway speed. Took it back, they checked alignment to find no issues, but still charged again for a problem which was not there.Regardless all the charges, the car still doesnt feel safe on the highway. I had to take it to a different shop to correct the issues.

This place has the worst follow up ever. They dont give you the full price break down for your service. I get that dealerships are generally more expensive, but that price shouldnt come at the expense of the customer experience. I work in sales and service industry. They consistently drop the ball here.
