I am tired of this community. When you call no one answers the phone. When you submit a service request it takes weeks to have someone come out and “fix” the problem. They have been putting notices on our doors about the pool and gym opening. First notice pool and gym were to open Memorial weekend. Second notice pool was to open the week ending of June 19. NO POOL. They are going to prolong the opening and we won’t have access this summer, watch. No gym access as I tried with fob and it’s locked. We pay all this money and can’t use amenities!! Drug usage and police always patrolling the area. Stay away from here.

Where do I begin? Love my apartment. The current office staff? NO! WHY? Customer Service - None, dont want to speak to you when you call. Lived here since 2017 & have had a problem with the upstairs neighbors. Put it writing, stop counting how many letters Ive written, still nothing done. If your 3rd floor neighbors make so much noise 24/7 & the 1st floor neighbors think its you, thats a major problem. One night it was so bad, I was the 8th caller to 911. Then there is the smoking. Thought these were non smoking apartments. Guess when Marijuana is legal on July 1, it will be worse. Selling drugs on the property is so amusing, not. I have been here for a couple months now with no major issues. The unit is well built, easy to clean, and was pretty easy to get into. Most of my neighbors are very friendly and noise isnt much of a problem on the third floor. Very quiet community for the most part. Maintenance responds pretty quickly to any issue within a reasonable time frame and have been accommodating.Rent is easy to pay online and they dont charge much extra if you connect it directly to your bank account. These apartments are very fair priced for what you get. Thank you Gabriel and Vanessa for being awesome leasing agents and accommodating me during my military move.

Staff is nice until you move in then they dont know you or care about your concerns. Loud music all times of the night, floors are paper thin so you hear your neighbors snoring. Trash dumpsters are always overflowing stays like that for days at a time trash bags all over the ground near dumpsters. They say community functions monthly lol! they are always sponsored by the cable company to get residents to sign up for service to cox. The office women get a commission on it so they recommend this one guy all the time. You will not use the computers they have because the staff makes you feel very uncomfortable when you go into the so-called clubhouse they ask may I help you with something and look at you puzzled as to why you are there and they have snacks but the staff eats them all and looks at you like you better not touch it. Pools are always dirty they dont disinfect, I would caution anyone who wants to get in it you may just get something water cant wash off. The maintenance man is so creepy and smells so bad when he enters your apartment Yuck Hes very sneaky a few neighbors talked about how they see him opens residents door and goes inside without a work order. He also breaks things when you are not looking. They are going to be sued soon hell be caught on tape. Another thing is they have hidden cost wants you move in. Be aware of this place looks are deceiving they are not 100 percent up front.

Staff was very disrespectful, not inclusive and extremely rude towards my trans son.

I can honestly say I love this place. Although I am not a current resident, I compliment on my friends apartment and the landscaping ALL THE TIME! My friend talks highly of Valor & the staff. I am definitely thinking about applying soon once my lease is up. Wonderful complex.

Moving in was easy! I told them what day I wanted to move in by and they did everything they could to make that happen! The staff walked me through everything and answered any question I had. They have since have hired a new staff and they are very easy to work with. That have always made sure I felt welcomed when I come into the office. I have moved in several months ago and it has been great. I don’t hear me neighbors at all which would have been a concern for me since I have a young child that needs to take naps. The fenced in dog area and the playground is very convenient for me and a nice spot to take my child and dog to run around. There are always someone outside maintaining the trees, building, and any trash laying around. The inside of the apartments are beautiful! They look even better in person and I was very happy to see newer appliances had been installed when I moved in. It has been great so far and I’m hoping to stay for a few years!

The whole experience with Valor Has been great from the moment I walked to the door to look at apartments to the day I got my keys and moved in has been amazing. The process was Fast and easy. The Neighborhood is very clean Neighbors are friendly. The employees in office are great. Always greet you with a smile.

I have been trying to reach out to your office since last week. Ive sent multiple inquiries for a friend that is very interested in your 3 bedroom floorplan. There has been no response. At this point I told them to move on to a community that will be more responsive to their needs. Poor customer service.

At the beginning everything was great. The apartment is still Great with no issues at all. In the middle of my lease I had trouble with my payments because of garnishments in my checks. They knew that. I sent them information on my garnishments(3and half months). Once I got everything back on track, COVID-19 happen, I was furloughed so I had to get unemployment still making sure the payments are made. Last week I call about renewing my lease and basically was told they’re not renewing the lease nor month to month basically kicking me and my family out during this COVID-19. To make matters worst my identity was fraudulently use so it’s even harder for me and my family to find a new apartment. After the call and the letter I apply for a places and got a bad reference And got denied from valor apparently in what I read in the email. Pretty much sums up my year bad luck. Also I was told about second chance rental program and I found several places call all of them and all of them told me they don’t do second chance rental programs anymore so me and my family are screw.. 😡😡Still haven’t heard an response On the qualifications of renewing the lease.. old manager was better.. no email, no phone call(phone is off now) you had the whole month of may to talk to me about it, if I was a certain ethnicity I would had been gotten a answer by now.

Before heading in to meet Gabriel I explained my situation to him over the phone and he reassured me that I should still apply. I went in saw the apartment and immediately fell in love! The paperwork was a breeze, the approval process took longer than expected but thats because I had some issues on my end but Finessa and Gabriel did their absolute best to get me in! I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They truly have given me and my girls an opportunity at a brand new start! I am happy to call Valor Apartments our new home! Great Area! Great Team! Very convenient to Central Park and Wegmans! Everything is at walking distance... FYI Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently! Im looking forward to making Valor Apartments my FOREVER home!!! Thank you all so much!!

I been living here for a month now and, so far so good :) . The apartments are nice . I needed couple things taken care off and I informed the main office ; they litterly got them fixed within the same day . Every time I called that office, they answered and, took care of any questions or concerns I had right away .The main office staff are fantastic. I worked with Gaby ; HE IS AMAZINGGGGGG and extremely helpful. I also, worked with Vanessa couple time and she is sweet and caring too . Definitely recommend. I will be writing a follow up review 6month from now 😁 .

This place is a nightmare. STAY AWAY! I came here with very little time to choose another location. The apartments in Fredericksburg all could do better to be honest. Many places love to exploit those who are trying to make better lives and have nicer surroundings. I guess in the process of trying to get out of a slum, I overlooked some major red flags. I received constant harassment from police at this property. It seems I was always accused of wrongdoing without any discussion about my end of things. This apartment participates in a tactic called churning. That means that they prolong the eviction process by sending eviction notices every chance they get and charging attorneys fees every single time. For instance, if rent is 1300 they will make you pay 10% extra for a late day, only take cashier checks, and by day three have an eviction notice on your door with an attorney fee attached. Because they dont work with you, rent easily goes from 1300 to 1600. Now if you wanna pay on time you can use the pay rent portal and they will charge a 40$ convenience fee. Whats funny is they wont take the money out immediately. They will wait 3-5 days and then screw up your budgeting. Yet even though they can wait to extract from the portal, they will not allow a day late without charging fees. They never intend to evict you, they want to scare you and squeeze out as much money as possible. Then they charge a lease termination fee. The trick is to make people miserable and charge them for it so they pay more to leave or struggle to maintain the entire time. They make commission off of charging for FiOS with Cox. I came in with updated equipment. They took that equipment because it didnt fit the protocol for the apartment. A Cox serviceman explained how they will make their tenants use outdated equipment so that they spend more money for FiOS which they make commission from. This was my downfall. As someone who worked from home, I needed the internet to function. I had awful connection as soon as I moved here and it was because they didnt allow the equipment I had. It caused me to drop calls and clients and my pay went from 1000$ a week to 100$ a week. When I had Covid they refused to work with me and still charged me after I was evicted. Now I am having my checks garnished by them. BEWARE. Theres the review you guys asked me to do 😘

I lived here briefly and I left as quick as possible! The staff is rude they are very un-organized They play nice until you move in then they are the staff from hell!!! They find any and everything to come snoop into your apartment, you have no privacy. Police are always being called out for different bad reasons. DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID)!

Finnessa, who was the first leasing agent to contact me, was wonderful during the entire process. She reached out to me right away after I first inquired, and in a very welcoming way! The day I went to look at the apartments was Gaby the one who walked us trough the residences, he was very helpful and very friendly too! Unfortunately we couldnt go forward with the leasing process, but I guarantee that if u are looking for an affordable and very nice place to live this residences are the ones! And u definitely need to contact either Finnessa or Gaby right away! They will make the process smooth and easy!

This apartment complex is pretty good so far. My leasing consultant Lisbeth was amazing. I would recommend talking to her if youre looking to move into Valor apartments. I would definitely recommend you talking with Lisbeth.

The entire staff made leaving hard. Patti and Ana were more than friendly and felt like family with every interaction. Maggie the manager was very pleasant and understanding as well. Pedro who does maintenance was nice and helpful. The apartments are new. Besides dealing with the neighbors underneath us we didn’t have any problems. Not a place to live expecting perfect peace and quiet but that’s with any apartment complex. Enjoyed our time here !

I dont recommend this place at all. The area doesnt feel safe. We received a letter that there are marijuana smokers in our building. There are no lights in the outside breezeways allowing you to even see putting your key in your door, when coming home from work. The walls and floors are so thin, you can loud thumps that makes me and my dog jump. The bedrooms are very small, doesnt allow for a complete bedroom set. There are no ceiling fans. The water pressure is terrible. Our apartment is filled with those strange worms. When I asked if they could turn up water pressure, they said they dont do that. The lease doesnt allow for transferring to another apartment, you are stuck paying for what you dont like till the lease is up. The Valor pay rent online portal takes about a week to take rent out of your checking, which can cause your checking account to be thrown off and if that causes insufficient funds the day they do take the money, they will not only charge you $35, but the payment portal will TAKE, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, another $30, totaling $65. It doesnt matter if you rectify the payment the very same day and replaced it with certified funds, they will unjustly charge you twice. The staff is extremely uncaring and insensitive. They do not care that by charging you twice, that its left you broke, with no grocery or gas money. I do not recommend this place. Once you sign the lease, you are stuck with no options to leave, other than the huge early termination penalty fees.

Was and still is a very nice place to live, but the category of people moving in is making the neighborhood look like section 8... but still, its very nice inside. Management is very pleasant.

I was excited to move here, but life happen and I needed 2 extra weeks past my scheduled move date. At first they said yes then the next day said no. Now im out a $100 for a place I wont even get to live in.

Lisbeth was a great help she’s the best she did everything in her power to get us the apartment we wanted very nice ladies welcoming smiles finnessa was very respectful and nice both you ladies deserved raises Hahhaha

As a new resident it has been a horrible experience. Awful management and an unsafe neighborhood. Complaints and issues are not a concern of this place. They cant rent phase 1 and if you love noise at 7am everyday youll love that they are building a phase 2! Highway noise and your neighbors fighting at all hours will make this a great place to live. Schools are also poor. Spend your money elsewhere.

Lived here for almost a year and had horrible experiences. Noise complaints when we werent home, shootings going on, police there every night. Not a safe place that I want to raise a family

This community would rather have people on Seection 8 or welfare that can’t pay the rent and would run the community down to the ground!! My experience today was horrific, I’m self employed and for god sake these people gave me hell with supplying my documents i mean i gave everything plus court documents showing i have sole custody of my son and then they wanted paystubs, statements my gawd they wanted every dam thing but then they said we can’t go through with it cuz my statement showed no taxes taken out smdh oh by the way i own and operate a semi truck for those who May wonder!!
