They do not take into consideration what the homeless need . everybody is different and has different needsYou cant do anything in this day and age without a cell phone if your in need of help with that you can forget going there if your homeless and asking for survival gear ... Because you live outside ... Forget going there .. Your not going to get the help you actually need however if you talk to the store manager st the thrift shop across town he is awesome to deal with. Just the store manager others at thrift shop are judgemental again my review was about the main office .. By Frederick hospital the thrift store across town is great .. Clean .. Nice things and affordable prices

Always have neat finds. What makes this thrift store the best though, is the heart of the workers! We always walk away so encouraged by this Frederick ministry. They love the community and it shows.

Best second hand store in the area! Doing the most good is their motto which this store lives up to each and every day.

Great organization as is Goodwill. But both these organizations are better in Indianapolis than those in Frederick MD. BY s long shot.
