Our chrome has never looked so good! We just had our first clean with them and I am impressed. Thorough vacuuming and dusting. Our bathrooms are super clean. Team was friendly and they wore masks while in our home. Super excited to work with this company. We are now doing an every other week clean. Oh and pricing is reasonable!

Tried to call and someone answered and then hung up on me when I said I was looking for someone to clean our house. I tried calling back over the next 30 minutes but it only got voicemail. Gave up and called another cleaning company. UPDATED response to owners reply to my message: There was no technical glitch. A person answered the phone, i briefly explained what I needed, and she mumbled something and then said what sounded like no and hung up. I was really surprised so I called back immediately twice. Straight to voice mail. I waited about 20 min and tried again. Voice Mail. Businesses need to have roll over for incoming calls. Getting sent to voice mail (after only a couple of rings) on three consecutive calls is going to frustrate a lot of people. You have great online reviews for your services (which is why I called) but its not reflected in how potential clients are treated. Customer service starts with the first call.

I have been with Kidwell Kleaning for about the last 7 years.. They are reliable and dependable. The staff are courteous, hard working and trustworthy. If I have ever had any issues with my service, the owner, herself, has come out to my house by the very next day to review the issue and personally take care if it. I have never had any communication issues, whether it was by phone or email. I have had last minute add-on requests and schedule changes that have been accommodated without issue. I have used many cleaning companies over the last 25 years and would highly recommended Kidwell Kleaning over the rest!

We have used Kidwells for nearly a year for bi- weekly cleanings. The team always arrives promptly; do a great job; and are very efficient.Prior to this, we had a different company who rarely sent the same team; charged more; and did less! So glad we found Kidwell.

Very nice people. Would recommend them for everyday cleaning but not for nitty gritty cleaning. At $84 dollars an hour I would expect more than a swifter dusting. Very disappointing experience.
