If I could give more than 5 stars I’d definitely do it! These guys are awesome! I use Mike, Rick,Rodney and Brad. These guys always got my back and have the equipment I need, if not they get it for me as soon as possible. These guys go out of their way for their customers and that’s hard to find anymore. Very good job to each and every employee there in the frederick store. They are the best. The only thing I am not so pleased with is the extra charge for using machines for the snow but then again business is business and we all gotta make some money. Keep it up guys!Red’s Lawn Service

Ive been going to rentals unlimited for several years. Theyve always had the tools Ive needed and its been an easy check in and check out process. No complaints at all. Absolutely worth the trip.

Nice guys, equipment I rented was a little poor but worked. They reduced the price without me asking and apologized.

The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant. They stock parts for Stihl products. Monocacy exit off 15 allowed easy access without having to use TJ drive.

The staff at this location have always been helpful and super friendly. Always willing to go above and beyond what is needed.

Great store, Great people

Ive rented from here at least a dozen times. From simple concrete saws to large wood chippers and trenches, they always have what I need and give me a hand loading and securing equipment. They also make sure you know how to use the equipment and dont mind giving you a little refresher course if its been a while since your last time. They are also a Stihl dealer, so its a good place to buy a chainsaw or leafblower.

I own a very small minute landscaping company and I use rentals unlimited a lot. Equipment always runs great and true. The staff are friendly fun and strong. They help with everything including loading and unloading! Please use these guys they deserve your business! The best service you can ask for. With rentals and repairs! Give them a shot. They have the tool for your job. Work smarter not harder guys.

This is a big rental place that feels like a small one. They have everything in the world, but theyve always got time for you and you never seem to wait for very long going through the paperwork. The staff will help load your equipment in in my case, bunch of scaffolding and when its time to return it they unload it with a smile. Now thats the service I like, and the prices have been very reasonable. Ive been here almost 10 times and I will keep coming back. You can give them your trust, and your business.

Had some questions via email about a piece equipment and the responses were quick, polite and helpful. They even lent us a tow hook. They were quick to serve us once we picked the equipment up, the equipment tutorial was good and everything worked great. We were very very pleased and will go back.

This is a good place to rent tools that you need for just a short time.

Rented 1 man auger for post holes. Staff knowledgeable and courteous. Help me reschedule due to rain with no hassles, and when I had a problem (mine not theirs) they helped me get up and running with great customer service. Rentals Unlimited in Frederick is staffed by service oriented people that helped make my hole drilling experience as painless as possible. Kudos to themf.

Terrible! Definitely in the buisness of ripping people off. Rented a truck, topped it off on the way back and got charged for 4 gallons of diesel.

Have never rented or bought anything here. But I called looking for some specific safety stuff. They did not have it but they gave me the name and number of a place that did. They could have just said no we dont have that. When I do need to rent something this will be the place that I call first.

We rented out a lawn roller on 4:14pm on a Saturday and the return day was mentioned Sunday 4:14pm on the receipt. We came to return it before the due time just to find out the store was closed and there was no drop off place. The receipt has obvious conflicting information regarding the return date and times. I was asked to pay for a day and a half when I went to return it on Monday at 11:30am. The sales person Rodnay was very rude and said he would make a refund for the half day and asked us not to come back to the store again. The worst part was WE WERE ASKED NEVER TO COME BACK TO THE STORE AGAIN. Rentals Unlimited is this how you treat your customers? Please learn to respect your customers atleast.

Rented a few different items from them. Never any issues with items nor the rental process. It could take a while to get paperwork done, but overall good.

Would have got more stuff but very expensive.

Rodney was very unprofessional and rude in dealing with us. Return date/time information was not clear on the receipt. Rentals Unlimited we are extremely disappointed the way we were dealt at the store.
