Ive always had a soso experience with this company, read good and bad reviews. Walked in for an interview and in less then 60 secs they were discussing politics, I do not agree with their political views and almost left then and there, I probably would have turned down the job just on politics and morals.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY TO FIND EMPLOYMENT. Terrible experience and unprofessional! They strongly imply you have the job in order to get you to come in. They request your personal information all for I-9 (SS#) before hiring you. Upon your interview they tell you that they have no jobs that pay the salary they posted because company’s are not paying due to COVID-19. There simple excuse was I didn’t speak Spanish???? During the interview that never came up. They are a bunch of people who get quota by interviewing people over the phone and you HAVE TO complete your I-9 before coming into for an interview. One word, FRAUD!!!!

I have been looking for a job since the end of October 2019. I have utilized all the job sites like indeed and zip recruiter etc with no luck. I was starting to give up and feeling very frustrated. Spherion helped Asbury Communities find a temporary worker very quickly to complete an important short term assignment for us. Spherion understood our needs and presented a candidate who possessed excellent computer skills and the diligent work ethic we needed in someone who could work quickly, efficiently and independently. I also appreciate the option to approve time and billing online. We dont often use temporary workers, but if we ever do again, I will be happy to work with Spherion.

It would be nice to know how much Spherion takes off of your paycheck. Otherwise, Spherion has been very friendly and helpful when searching for work.

Spherion Staffing are very co-operative and friendly. They quickly inform you when new job openings occur and do not drag their feet about things. The only downside is that employers do not give all the pertinent information about an opening to Spherion recruiters so often times youre walking in with blinders on.
