This office is absolutely wonderful! I had an emergency with a wisdom tooth, and already had an appointment scheduled with another office, but was unable to get in sooner, and the pain was becoming unbearable. I called around 9am, and was seen at 10:30 am, with no issues! I do not have insurance, and pricing was very reasonable for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was extremely nervous, but the young girl assisting was so sweet and calming! The dentist was very fast and efficient, and I felt absolutely no pain at all!! They were truly day makers for me, as I haven’t been able to sleep in about 3 days and have been irritable and miserable! The front desk staff was also very kind, efficient, and welcoming! Unfortunately, I can’t remember anyone’s names because my nerves took over and most of it went in one ear and out the other; but overall, a wonderful practice that I would recommend to anyone!

I needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction today, and called 6 or 7 dentists trying to get an appointment, but nobody including my current dentist could see me until next week. That was until I called Frederick Family Dentistry! They receptionist was extremely kind, and helpful, and got me in 30mins later! Everyone there was wonderful, and the extraction went great! If youre in the area, and need a dentist, this place should be your first call!

Wow! Dr. Ganjavian and his staff were fantastic! So warm and welcoming and made my experience amazing! Dr. G was very gentle and caring, and I felt absolutely no discomfort or pain. If you need a dentist and want the best experience call them and you will be as happy as I was :) and also very affordable! The entire appointment was excellent ! Thank you so much to the entire staff !

My family has been going to Dr. G for over 7 years and we can not say enough about how happy we are ! His staff is friendly and professional and Dr.G makes coming to the dentist easy. Highly recommend his office !

I broke my tooth on a Saturday evening and called frantically trying to get someone to see me. Dr.G so graciously said that he could and the experience was amazing. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist and had not seen one for several years. Dr G not only took care of my pain but any fears that I had as well. I can’t thank him enough.

Stay away! First let me start off and say the two receptionist in the front are awesome. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about the arrogant dentist. He was completely unprofessional! My daughter has an infection in her mouth which caused her to have a fever of 99.3f. This doctor literally said “she might have that virus thing”, meaning the coronavirus. Then he said why didn’t I bring her to the hospital instead of his office. Well clearly he did not realized that bringing her to the hospital with her immune system weak from her infection, will only further expose her to “the virus thing”! The hospital would only give her antibiotics but not fix the actual underlying tooth problem. Bringing her to the dentist was the best option because she can received antibiotics and referral to a dentist who can actually fix her tooth. Sometimes when people feel they are established in life they forget where they came from. This doctor foot is so high on his pedestal that he is turning away potential clients. I just moved to Frederick and I will never return to this dentist.

I do not recommend going to this dentist. Nice office, nice receptionist, extremely rude dentist who writes off your pain and takes way too many X-rays to make an extra $$$. Stay Away!!!

Great experience! Staff is professional and very friendly. Felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Very quick and efficient with the procedure. It was my first root canal and I was very nervous, but they made certain, at every step, that I was as comfortable as possible and in no pain! Will definitely be going back in the future!!

I had major trauma to my mouth when I was younger and have had countless procedures and many a dentist have looked at my teeth. You should know that these people are as good as they come. Could not be more friendly and welcoming, first of all; but even more importantly, the work they do is bar none. Absolutely outstanding. Dr. Ganjavian and the entire staff are utmost professionals and were able to give me a beautiful new smile and spared no detail along the way. Everyone who works here is clearly passionate about what they do and will go above and beyond to do things right based on your own needs and their principled expertise.

Quick, convenient, and kind. They never made me feel like a burden and their service was excellent. They took extra care to ensure I had no pain. Best dentist in Frederick, no exceptions.

I knew I needed my tooth extracted right away and couldn’t take the pain anymore mind you I’m trying to get through the day in pain yea being a teacher can suck sometimes, plus 8months pregnant at that so a toothache is a no no so moving forward I looked up tooth extractions near me on google ....so glad I picked this dentist office.....got me in the same day with no problems administrator was very helpful .....the dentist was so inviting and knowledgeable thank you so much for working fast and getting the job done well !!!! Will recommend!

I was able to get help from a family member paying for my dental work in getting my very back tooth extracted and later on future visits to keep on top of things.Though the cost wasnt at all bad considering other places. I jumped at the help. Made the appointment that day. Was seen that day.He had it out in less than 5 minutes. I look forward to seeing him again soon to get a look at the the rest of my teeth so im on top of it all. It was extremely quick and easy.

Best Dentist I have ever had!!! I am the person to always make last minute appointments and he always was able to get me in to check me out. I always feel very comfortable going into the office and always receive a very warm welcome. I definitely recommend that if your looking for a dentist you wont have to go any farther.

Ive had experiences with poor dentists, so was nervous about getting work done here. I needed an emergency appointment & Dr G and his staff are excellent! He puts his patients first, not dollars! Theyve been wonderful about doing the best they can & making sure I get the treatment thats best for me. Im so glad I found them & plan on staying with them for years

I had excellent service here. They are nice, clean and very professional. They did Excellent Dental work and the customer service was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and Dr. G was very pleasant and made the visit a lot less stressful. No long wait time, Theyre always right on time.

I was feeling unbearable pain from one of my wisdom teeth for about a day and half. I couldnt sleep from the throbbing. I called this morning mentioning that I thought it was an emergency. She asked me if I wanted to come in right now. I was ecstatic that they could get me in so soon. I rushed over within the hour and they ended up pulling two of my wisdom teeth relieving my pain. I called them at 10:30 am, and I was out the door minus two teeth today at noon. I wouldnt describe getting two teeth pulled as a great experience, but my experience dealing them was fantastic. I barely felt any pain. Thank you again, doctor!

Needed a same day emergency dental appointment and they got me in practically right away. Everyone I interacted with in the office was fantastic. The dentist made absolutely sure I wouldnt feel any pain and all my questions were answered. The visit was quick and easy, so glad I chose this office!

Dr. G saved my front tooth on Christmas Eve after my crown broke. The staff is very professional and efficient. Dr. G. is straight to the point and has a great attention to detail. Im very grateful for his emergency services.

They were absolute pros. They moved me through quick, i was had an X-ray, they found the problem tooth. they got me an antibiotic prescription, let me get food, they numbed me up and took care of everything all in about 45 min. They didnt pester me about a million things they simply took care of all my problems and that was that. I will absolutely go back there for my dental needs.

Went to the dentist for the first time in a few years, so I was a bit nervous, but quickly felt at ease at Family Dentistry. The front desk staff and hygienists were all amazing and Dr. G was friendly and highly skilled.

I was seen for a dental emergency for a broken tooth. My regular dentist was closed so I couldnt wait until Monday or Tuesday. I was advised that I should get a root canal. Due to lack of funds, I was resorted to getting the tooth pulled. The assistants including the person at the front desk were very pleasant . The dentist was pushy and rushing through the procedure.. He acted as though I didnt know what I was talking about when I was explaining things, just rudely interrupted me each and every time. He wouldnt let my wife back at least for the initial consultation and he wouldnt even let her back so that she can tell me that she was stepping away for a moment to fill the prescriptions. I wasnt warned at all when he stuck the Novocaine needle into my gum line. My concern about that is, what if i wouldve jumped and he hit a nerve, or vessel or something(My wife and I both have medical training). He was rushing so badly, that the assistant even had to tell him to stop rushing and take his time. Also, the dentist and the install guy were going back and forth about paying for whatever job was being done. This couldve have been brought up on the side or in another room not in earshot of patients and visitors. After 2 days, I am still in extensive amount of pain. I had to visit my primary care doctor who advised me that the dentist should have given me alongside the amoxicillin, an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen and a higher strength of pain medication instead of hydrocodone 325 mg due to the fact that I am 6 ft 3, 310 lbs. I was given a dose for someone who a lot smaller. I had to take 1 table 4-6 hours instead of 1 every 6-8 hours which resulted in my running out. So not only did i have to pay 212 for this visit out of pocket, I had to pay for another Dr visit plus more prescriptions. I would not recommend this dentist unless it was an emergency situation. Im giving two stars for the staff being courteous and despite him rushing, this was the 1st time, where i didnt experience pain while the tooth was being pulled. it was before and after that is the complaint.

I was mortified to see a dentist as Ive had some rough experiences prior and I have a phobia. Dr. G helped me relax for a complex extraction procedure for an impacted tooth. He made sure I wasnt in pain and told me exactly what to expect. My fear subsided easily with his help.

Found out when I got there that I had been there before and it was the same practice where i did not like my experience. Decided to go ahead with my appointment today as I was in agony and extreme pain with the possibility of being referred to an oral surgeon which was not what I wanted to hear. I was very hopeful the dentist could extract my tooth today. He looked at and said no problem numbed me gave me a stronger antibiotic and had my tooth out within a few seconds. He even went one step above for me on the cost of the procedure. This experience was wonderful and Im very appreciative of them. Thank you everyone.

Went to see him because of a dental problem that occured late Fri. nite and wanted to make sure it would be OK until Monday. Charge me as soon as I walked in the door before even talking to me, took one x-ray, said they would do a temp filling until I could call my dentist on Monday. Filling lasted less then 3 hours. Called back he said to go to the CVS and get temp filling....really! Will not go back or recommend.
