This company is a peace of s***. We bought 11 Android boxes from them . The first 7 where very good. The last 4 really bad. Their customer service department didnt want to exchange them for us. They told us to send them back. We send them had to pay the shipping. When they received them they told us that the boxes where no good, and that we would have to pay a restocking fee. We told them that we wanted the boxes because our customers needed them. So they sent us some other customers return that didnt work. From this experience I learned not to buy Chinese products. ITS BETTER TO BUY AMERICAN. EVEN IF IT COSTS MORE. 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS COMPANY. THANKS
I ordered from them on EBAY..the product did not work...Ebay authorized the return for them to sent the label...they lied about sending a return label...I contacted them several times regarding the return..and they answered like it was the first time they heard from me...but no action....these people should not be able to sell to anybody...next I will contact the better business bureau...I will not stop until my money is returned.
I have bought a fit bit watch on ebay and it came broke and not working even with it being plugged up. This is such a waste of time and money.
I love how cute the tablet is and I like how easy it is for my daughter to use. I also like that the tablet doesnt run slow and everything works really good. I like the case protector and I like that it comes with Disney story books that are educational for my child. I would really recommend this tablet who anyone who is looking something affordable for there kids.
Bought the 7 Dragon Touch In October and now it WILL NOT charge at all...used different chargers and none worked .. but they did charge other things... sadly I bought 2 others prior to this and can only hope they do not do the same thing when opened for Christmas...

Bought 2 of the 7 dragon touch tablets and now one will not charge and the other one the power button stop working so it wont turn on. I have tried contacting tablet express and its always closed no matter what time I call. If someone could get in touch with me that would be awesome.
My Dragon touch A1x plus was bought for me as a Christmas gift. It worked great for a few months other than battery would be dead very quick & it would take a while to charge but in March it was dead I tried to charge it & it hasnt worked since. I no longer had access to internet & I could not get customer service by phone I called for a couple months left message everything. Finally I got response through the email. No warranty I can pay to fix it. So if $120.00 for 3 months of use seems reasonable to you then its a good budget tablet!
Six months after purchasing the Y88X, both power sources (USB and AC) broke through no fault of the child for whom it was purchased. TabletExpress (when I was able to contact them) explained that the tablet was not under warranty for them to fix it because it wasnt purchased through them. I would have to go back to the seller for repairs which is the equivalent of buying a car from my neighbor and taking it back to my neighbor for an oil change. I would rather purchase a new tablet than to give $30 to fix the one that should not have broken to start. In addition, I was sad to find that the power sources of this tablet is a known problem and I STILL have to pay to get it fixed.It was given one star for the sole reason that this would not post unless a star was chosen.
I purchased 2 Dragon Touch tablets for my son and grandson. One works perfect, the other would not come on. Just a white screen and then goes black. Customer service emailed me links to download firmware but I dont have a computer :( I simply asked for a replacement and if they couldnt do that to refund my money. Their reply was In this case, please contact us for a replacement. If you are requiring for a refund, please contact Amazon to request for return. Am I not already talking to them? Can I please get a replacement??Still no reply from them for a replacement (07/22/16)And the second tablet is no good either, the colors went out and everything looks like shadows.. Customer service poor nobody answered the phone or return messages and product only lasted 3 months right after the warranty was up. Worked great for 3 months wouldve got 5 stars but over $100 for 3 months is not a good deal
I have been trying to reach Tablet Express for many days. I purchased my tablet (Dragon Touch i10x 10.1) through Amazon last summer. It never worked as well as I thought it should, but I was at least able to turn it on. Is there anything you can do to help me solve this issue? Since it is under a year, is my tablet still under warranty? Please help.
I bought an ek7000 a week ago from tabletexpress.Camera works as advertised and Im happy with it. Going to take it diving in the next few days to see how well it works underwater but so far so good. If I find some time maybe Ill post some underwater footage. Ty!
The Dragon touch Y88X 7inch was bought for my son. Never been opend till 2 days ago. The screen is hafe black when when opening on the first day. Its not covered under warranty. Where may I find a screen replacement. That wont cost and arm and a leg. I told my son Uncle to read the reviews from now on when buying:(

Bought the 7 Dragon Touch In October on Amazon for my kids for Christmas. 2 weeks in to my kids playing on it it was droped on accident and the screen was broke now you cant see nothing. The tablet is ment to be for kids but will not stand up to one drop on the floor and the cover does not protect it. I could never get it to charge to 100% The battery dies really quick.
My baby loves her tablet!!! Now she wont need my phone to be entertained!!
