Excellent customer service. I usually just wait while they change my oil. The nice thing is they can also do things like brakes. Had new pads and rotors done while I waited. In and out in less than 2 hours. They even put cartoons on the TV for my kid. Nice touch.

Needed front brake pads and possibly one rotor on my pickup truck. After dropping the truck off, these guys call me and tell me it needs four rotors four calipers and new pads on all corners, because I have aftermarket wheels. Being the owner of a trucking company, Ive done enough brake jobs to know that four calipers dont go bad at the same time! Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I suggest you dont either!

I had to take 2 stars away. This is the second time I showed up before 7am (online and outside board shows a 7am opening time) and, 40 mins later, I am still waiting for any employee to open the shop. NO ONE is here. In the past, when the stars aligned and i could get an oil change, they were courteous and quick. In the last year or more, it has been nearly impossible to get squeezed in. What has happened in the last year or so?

Very helpful staff. I had a horrible clicking noise when I pressed on my brakes and didn’t know what was causing it then took it to them. It turned out to be a loose axle and I was very thankful to them. The noise was gone. Technicians seem very experienced and friendly environment. They earned my business.

This is the third time Ive tried to get in to the Frederick Ford QuickLane service center - each time Ive been told there is at least a two-hour wait... Even better, this time, I asked when their least busy times were and the service reps proceeded to tell me the busiest days - then, with a large smile, he said, This lady here, she came in and only had a two-minute wait (in reference to a customer who was sitting in the lobby). Thats the LAST time I try the Frederick QuickLane center - I dont need snarky sales associates pointing out that they are too busy to help a lifetime ford buyer... LATER!

Turned away for dropping off the night before (which my spouse had done before with no problems) due to a lack of parking, despite the large parking area behind them and the dealership. Then was given a snarky rude explanation on why its called a quick lane. This was my first time here and was my last as I went elsewhere. My spouse subsequently will stop going to.

Only garage I will trust for my maintenance and advice for my truck. The one time I was slightly dissatisfied, they went above and beyond to make things right. I can’t say enough about Kevin and the Quick Lane crew as well as The Frederick Motor Company in general. It seems like they aren’t even satisfied with 5-star service. They want 6-stars. Highly recommend.

Easy in and out. If they are busy they tell you a good time to come back. Approaching 200k and they have done the majority of the maintenance. Wont go anywhere else.

They to an awesome job great service. Only complaint is that they only have two bays so you can wait a while sometimes.

Their have a first come first served policy which works well. You should call ahead to see how much of a wait time there is, and they have competitive pricing based on what you are having done and the turnaround time.
