I called to make an appointment for my refrigerator and Mike told me what might be wrong based on my explanation. It was a simple issue I was able to fix and I did not have to wait for a tech or pay for someone to come out. There are few companies with folks this honest and helpful. I am so grateful and will be calling back with my appliance service needs in the future!

You get to talk to people who actually do the appliance repair. They are willing to give advice for the DIY inclined. They are first on my list of repair shops.

Diagnosed problem with my dryer quickly. They ordered the necessary part and everything was completed quickly. Very professional and they kept our appointments perfectly to the minute. Price to repair was very reasonable.

I scheduled and waited a week for an appointment at my rental property to fix a washing machine. I was given a 3 hour window from 3-6 PM. I even contacted them at 4:30 PM to make sure everything was good to go. They did not show up during the window and did not call me as requested. When I called at 5:30PM to check the status, the office was closed and calls went directly to voicemail. Apparently the repairman showed up at 6:15 PM, but was asked to reschedule by the tenant. The company called me this morning, and instead of owning the mistake I was given a list of excuses. I would urge consumers to steer clear of this company.

They fixed an issue with our fridge ice maker that others could not. You can tell that solving complex problems is a point of pride for these guys. Highly recommended!

Mikes Service is prompt in communication and very upfront about the cost of repairs. Even though we did not eventually use their service for repairing our broken fridge, Paul did a great job of diagnosing and giving us an estimate cost and possible outcomes. Great experience with Mikes Appliance repairing a dead GE Profile refrigerator/freezer. Paul showed up as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced malfunctioning part with one he had with him. Up and running in under and hour. Could not have asked for a better result.

Just had a great experience with Jason from Mikes Appliances. He could have sold us a new compressor for our refrigerator and charged big bucks but he was able to clean it. I had an appointment with Mikes Appliance Repair scheduled over a week out due to the july 4th holiday. Yesterdays appointment was from 3-6pm time frame, no one showed up nor called to reschedule. Called the office yesterday morning to confirm the appt, they said it was still scheduled. Called last night at 6:18 pm, CLOSED, left a message- no call back...called today, and the office staff lied to me attempting to cover saying that the technician called me after 7 pm, which was over an hour after my scheduled appt window. I had my phone on me all night waiting for a call to say they were coming or not coming, no calls were recieved! The office staff explained to me today that they would not be able to get someone out to service it today even though weve been waiting a week with a non working refridgerator and THEY missed the appointed time. I would give them less than a star if I could, thats GARBAGE business practice.

I have a high end dishwasher that just wouldnt work. Mike’s Appliance Repair and Service fixed a faulty switch and I didnt have to purchase a new unit. They were very nice on the phone and the appliance repairman was very professional as well.

Our dryer was starting to make terrible noise. I didnt want to use Sears because our last experience was terrible, so decided to try Mikes. I called on a Friday, they came out on Monday and had everything they needed to fix the dryer. The pricing was reasonable. You cant ask for more than that.

I called Mikes for a washer that had stopped working and replacement of a sensor in the icemaker in our refrigerator. Edgar, the service tech looked at our washer and it turned out that all it needed was to be recalibrated and the cold water line flushed.Unfortunately, the sensor in the icemaker needed to be replaced, but that was kind of a given since it WAS broken. However, Edgar explained the problem with each appliance and his HONESTY and professionalism have made our family Mikes Appliance Repair fans for life.
