I performed work for D Impression signs in February 2020. It is 30 August 2020, and I have not been paid for that work.Separately, I ordered a sign for my office in February 2020. After being told on 6 April, 25 May. and 14 July that the sign would be delivered and installed next week, and after multiple, less friendly e-mails and phone calls, I finally get my sign installed on 12 August 2020. Furthermore, I paid for the sign. All of it. And I still have not been paid a dime for work that I performed in February. The sign is beautiful, by the way, but D Impression business is very ugly.

I have been dealing with D-Impression Signs and Kevin for over 7 years now. His work speaks for itself and his pricing is great. In one year I spent over 20k in signs and he worked out a payment plan for me. He is very professional and does amazing work. His graphic design team is also great and easy to work with. I sell Restaurant Equipment and Food Trucks. I was looking for a company that could make signs for my business and also vinyl lettering on the trucks. I have done extensive online research and I was happy to find this company. Their prices are the lowest in the market. They came out right away and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone and they will be my go to company from now on.

The one eyed Pakistani guy is simply a thief. I strongly advise who ever is reading this review not to do any business with this guy (Keyvan).If you have money to throw away, he is a five star crook to deal with.He is a dishonest guy when it comes to sign project/money. He took my $1700 down payment and I havent seen anything from him for almost two years.He is so used to his scam as soon as he cash out the check he act as he doesnt know any thing about any deal.The US government should deport his behind back to middle east, or lock him behind bars. After reading all negative reviews about him, eventually behind bar is the most likely that is going to happen to him.Hope there is a negative star, or no star. One star for him is disrespecting others with a true one star. He is way less than those people.

Do not I repeat do not order a sign, awning or any other product from this company. They were reliable back in 2014 when I first did business with them. But now there is something seriously wrong. I ordered 2 awnings and paid a deposit in October 2018 and have not received the awnings yet. There has been no communication on there behalf in that time other than me calling them. This is the second time this has happened with the same company. The first clue was when I ordered tint repair on 4 of 25 windows Dimpression Signs had tinted just 4 years prior. He asked me to pay up front which was unusual but I paid anyway. Weeks went by and no appointment scheduled, no returned calls, no nothing. After 2 months I finally reached the owner Kevan and I asked for my money back and he obliged. Kevan promised it wouldn’t happen again so like a trusting idiot I ordered two awnings from Kevan a few months later. This time around my lawyer is filing a law suit against DImpression Signs. I never write reviews but I know how important it is when promoting or improving your business and I don’t want anyone to have to go through what I’ve experienced with DImpression Signs.

Very careful with this company. Little bit cheaper than other company but do not recommend. They were supposed to come in to my store and install the signage on Monday but never showed up. And I called them and complained and they said there were unforeseen events that made them not being able to swing by my store. Werent you supposed to give me a notice ahead then?Then they said they would install signage on next Monday and I said ok. However, they came in on Friday like 3 days in advance without any notice. I was like what.????For Whoever consider this company for your signage, please stay away from this company.For your info, his name was kayvan or something. Very cheap and dishonest.Do not recommend at all.!!

Be very very careful with this company. We ordered an awning for our new store and Kayzen came to do the measurements. He promised us the sign would be ready in 3 weeks but at week 3, they still werent finished. Red flag #1. When we called to inquire and ask why he doesnt respect our time, he responded with saying theres no value for our time and that he should have never taken our job. Ok... we ignored and continued to wait.At the time of installation, Kayzen came in to take the final payment check and ran off. We then noticed the dimensions of the awning were completely off and measured wrong. We called to bring this to Kayzens attention and he proceeded to scream at us and tell us I knew I should have never done business with you. He came back to the store and we asked for a refund of second payment until he brings back the correctly measured sign and he lied saying he already deposited the check and continued to scream at US (as if it was our fault he measured the awning wrong??). After a continued screaming match, we politely asked him to please just give us our check and take the awning back. He said no Im leaving this awning and I will return with the new one in 2 weeks. How exactly were we supposed to trust him after this entire fiasco and terrible customer service? We immediately called the bank and stopped the check (which btw he never deposited - caught him in his lie).It doesnt end there. Its been a few days since this incident and we have tried to text him politely asking him to bring the new awning and TAKE YOUR MONEY but this man is now threatening to put a LEIN on the property. Needless to say our landlord is furious and this entire situation was uncalled for.D Impressions has no regard for customer service and now we are risking forfeiting of our store lease due to this incident.Avoid yourself such a headache and pay more to get your awning done elsewhere
