Great customer service! Very quick and efficient. Reasonably priced. I had no idea why my car was so loud. It was 2 bolts that had broken off and need to be replaced. I called 2 other places before bringing my car here. The other places lost my business because they dont know how not to be rude on a phone call.

Took my Chevy Blazer to have a new muffler put on and the service was outstanding, the job was done right, was very affordable, and the man working the front desk was very friendly. I will definitely come again for future repairs. Highly recommend!

Very rude customer service ask them over the phone for a price quote on a muffler the man said I had to bring it in when every other muffler shop will give me a price quote over the phone a ballpark. This man told me that well when people come in its not what they say so hes basically calling me a liar hung up the phone on me and then refuse to answer back when I kept calling.

Just dropped off my car for the first time. We shall see how good they are. Danny at Auto Muffler spoiled me the last 15 years.

Pulled up at 8am, no appointment, no call ahead and these guys were ready to work. No wait. They overhauled me in about an hour. Very professional and told me what the problem was and what it would cost. I knew both answers because I did the research. First, they were 100% right about the problem and were very honest. Second I researched the price of parts at, well, ALOT, not including labor. They did both for A LITTLE! My wallet didnt need CPR or ICU. I WILL BE BACK FOR ANY/ALL WORK. Thank you so very much.

I used to have work done on my truck in the past by these guys. Its been so long ago I actually forgot about this place until I was told by another mechanic that my exhaust was bad. I called and made an appt to go in i took it in .....was greeted in a professional manner, job was done quickly and efficiently. Think this was the one I saw today by surprise after getting a flat tire in a shamrock cab. Kitty corner to Roselli where my brother used to work. Kind staff, fast service and reasonable price for our flat tire change. Thumbs up!! Keep up the good work guys.

Good work honest price

I needed work done for a wonky wheel bearing. The guys not only confirmed that that was the issue but when another issue came up, they were straight to the point and got it done in about an hour. Car is running great. I don’t trust anyone else with my car.

VERY unprofessional !DO NOT COME HERE! They broke ignition key and refused to fix it ! Cost me 200$ plus a tow there! Unreal ! 300$ down the drain!!Told me to take my Jeep else where. Very disappointed in how they treated me when I was just trying to get my Jeep fixed! Do not recommend coming here at all ! Save yourself time & BS go else where where youll be treated with respect and get your car issues resolved.

My experiences here have been fantastic! They do great work, explain-in detail-everything that needs to be replaced/repaired. Give estimates and do all work in a timely manner. They dont just do mufflers. Ive had my muffler, brakes, tune up, oil change and major work done by them. All was done with excellence.

I went in because my car was making squeezing noise while I was driving it. They did a thorough inspection, but the problem didnt require any repair work. The employees were honest and trustworthy- they didnt try to sell me on anything that wasnt necessary. They provided me with useful information for the future.

Good fast service at a fair price.

THEY RIPPED ME OFF BIG TIME! I took my Honda ( which Ive had for 7 years without any problems whatsoever) to this place to get new brakes. They told me I needed a Serpentine belt. I felt suspicious right away, but I went along with the repairs cause a snow storm was coming in about 2 days. 3 hours and $430 later I left the garage and went home. Literally 24 hours later the car starts acting g weird. Engine light comes on, and I cant get over 50 mph on the highway. Took it back to the garage, and of course they claim it has nothing to with what they fixed. Also now it suddenly needs another $800 in repairs!!! They refuse to give any money back! This is a good car Ive driven 100,000+ miles with that NEVER let me down once. After one visit to this garage it suddenly needs alot of work?? DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!!

Ive been taking my vehicles here for at least 20 - 25 years and theyve always done excellent work without a long wait, and best of all, the price cant be beat.Ill be taking my gfs car there very soon. Its always a pleasure doing business with people who care about their customers.

Called in to these guys for a muffler clamp and they had a fair price so I drove up there right after I got off the phone with them. About a 5 min drive. They close at 6pm I got there a few min before 5pm. When I get there...one mechanic, the front desk guy and another mechanic who looked like a customer maybe we’re all laughing at a voicemail left by another person and gave off the vibe that me walking in is ruining there relax time or something. The guy tells me “getting these guys to do any work around here after 5pm is like pulling teeth. Come back tomorrow”. Well on the way home my exhaust fell down and I couldn’t drive it. Have to pay to get it towed and wait until I’m off work again to take it up to a different shop. One who don’t stop working an hour before closing time. 10 min job, this could’ve been avoided.

BBB business member and does an amazing job, especially cleaning up other places who have poor(understatement) customer service skills.Owner here was very polite @ 14 & Groesbeck, however the worker treated me like I was nobody and wouldn’t even take a second glance over the previous work.The business doesn’t necessarily treat you this way but the worker clearly did. Perhaps he could take some accountability for his own actions and make a change in how he treats people. However, I’m not here to babysit and make that change for him.

Dishonest. I took my car and said there is something wrong in the front end. I can hear a noise when I drive and I described the noise. I was told that they could not hear or find anything wrong with the front but I needed brakes and rotors on the back and drums on the front but they could use the front pads. After a bit they called me and said that they finished the work and took it for a ride but the front really did not feel right so maybe I should let them replace the front pads. I told them to go ahead and replace the front pads also then. Well when I picked up the car I was told that after the work was done he took it for a ride and now he can hear the noise I was talking about and I need a wheel bearing in the front.

We took our family car here before the snow hit. It was running great, but after having it at this garage the engine light keeps coming on, and its running really rough. The guy behind the counter named Harold was really mean and condescending towards me while I was there waiting to get my car fixed. In the end, my car is still not running well, and now I have to take it to another garage. I wouldnt recommend this place

My steering was having a lot of problems. I was told the problem could be somewhere around $600- $1200 to get it functional again. My car is an 04 and cost me $2000 so that wasnt going to happen. I got a second opinion from my local gas station and they fixed the problem by letting air out of something for about $70. I realize prices differ but not this much.

Sharing a FIVE star, just to post a comment... as I stand here at my local Muffler Man (Corunna Rd, Flint - 20 yrs reliable service!), I am soooo relieved to find that there is another MM shop so much closer to where my son lives, close to his college. I always have him drive his car to Flint, because I dont know who is trustworthy and reliable in any other city. Thank you to ALL who have given such great reviews... next time his vehicle craps out, I will send him to Fraser instead of asking him to risk his life on the highway back to Flint.Thank you in advance... I will be happy to update/edit/confirm this review if ever we end up there... 😁
