Better pricing and service compared to local big box stores. Family owned and operated. Start to finish in 5 days. Big box stores were 3 week minimum. Would use again.

I was headed to Lowes when I passed the carpet shoppe. I thought perhaps they could have what I needed. The service was great, and the selection ranged from contractor grade, mid range, to high end material. I recommend trying the shoppe to anyone needing flooring.

Owners worked directly with us, very professional and great service all around. Have great selection of carpet and flooring. If looking for flooring would recommend stopping here first.

Ok, I want to shine the light on a business in my neighborhood. Im not sure how to make sure they see this but hopefully someone will know someone or know where to share this so that it gets back to these unbelievably rude, uncaring, and selfish human beings. This business needs to suffer for the way they treated my dad. I took dad to see a bluegrass band tonight. Anyone who knows how sick daddy is ( Terminally iill with Liver Deases.) knows how much of a task this was. I parked the car and got out and got his wheelchair out of the trunk. As I am trying to get him out of the car and into his chair a woman comes out of The Carpet Shoppe and asked if we are going to see the band. I said yes and she said you will have to move your car. These spots are for our customers. So I had to leave dad sit in the parking lot in his wheelchair so I could move the car away from the sidewalk as she watched from inside the building. As you can see from the pictures there were 6 empty spots in front of her store and it was 6:00. She closes at 7:00. I truly hope that the spots she saved for an hour stayed empty and if I have anything to do with it I hope they stay empty for good! I know for a fact that there are lots of other carpet stores in the area and you can believe that I will tell everyone I can to stay away from this place! Thanks to anyone that can help me get the word out and maybe back to someone at the Shoppe! Had to hit one star to post. They deserve 0!
