I have nothing but good things to say about Benefit Reality and Pam! Pam proved that she was very knowledgeable of reality with the sale of my home in West Bend. My house was previously listed in the spring with a different company for three months. There was minimal interest the entire time it was listed with that company. Pam had told me that due to the current market and comparable houses that sold in the West Bend area I needed to lower my asking price by $10,000. I did so and after there was a spike in interest.
