Shelby Hines was my recruiter . The job posting for OPTUM said temp. To permanent within 3 months . They never considered hiring me . I worked for them for 10 months then I was let go. Ms.Hines said she would try to find me more work then she ghosted me. I haven’t heard a single thing from CSI. They don’t care. They just want the position filled. They are still hiring for that position at OPTUM as well. You are disposable to CSI and that is how they treat you.

Horrible experience with Amanda from this Franklin office. Not only was she not straight forward about the position she sold to me and what she described, when finally offerred a permanent position with that contracting company, Optum, they offerred $5 less than what i was getting as a TEMP. I have 9 years experience in the healthcare field but Optum offered an entry level salary. I left a permanent position with a great company before getting on with CSI. Its been a horrible experience since day one. It seems like Amanda was just trying to fill the position rather than looking out for our best interest. I would NOT recommend CSI to anyone. not even my friends or family. Amanda screwed my and other coworkers over. Its better to just get hired on directly with a company!! Less drama.
