I had a really good experience with the cargo center when I went to pick up my dog after her flight from London to Chicago. I was very nervous about her health and safety after her flight and all the ladies at the front desk were so kind, friendly, and reassuring. My dog showed up healthy and happy to see me with no issues. I’m very happy to have had such great service and would definitely use these folks again if I had to. Thanks a bunch!!

Recently shipped unaccompanied pets to a military family in London via ORD American Airlines Cargo. If youve ever shipped pets internationally, you know what a stressful experience it can be.American Airlines cargo crew was incredibly helpful and kind during the whole process and allowed me to stay and stay with the pets for a few hours while their international papework was processed.

Whole crew of morons that don’t know how to do their job.

All four members that were working were unprofessional and disorganized. They would joke behind the counter, swear, talk about getting drunk, watch baseball on their phones and would speak another language and laugh and all look at my sister and I. Rude.

Very nice people here. Was a pleasure delivering. Overall it took 1.5 hours full process.

Terrible. They are not trained in customer service hands on face elbows on counter no help loading.Flip flops, Crocs and walking sticks to play with is apart of the company dress code apparently.

Poor service today, got 1 small box and I’ve been waiting 2hrs now. Looks like everyone goes to lunch at the same time or they just sent doing their job
