Very slow. First time picking up here. As usual, our shipment is fairly small. We usually use China Cargo or AA from PVG, but tried Air China because of a good rate. I thought a little later for recovery would be easier, but only one forklift operator was working for Air China, and many people are waiting. Im estimating the wait to be at least 3-4 hours at 8pm. 7 drivers waiting for help. Seriously understaffed. Air China cannot provide this incredibly low level of service and expect to keep customers. Terrible.
