Easy check in process, YOUR CO-DRIVER MUST COME IN WITH YOU TO CHECK IN; BOTH BRING IN IDs, they have a port-a-john outside for customers (it was really clean when I used it Sunday 8/8/21). Vending machines inside take cards. Decent grass patches at the end of the building and along the exit side.DOCKING WARNING:They DO allow on-site parking here, because of that when you go to dock IF there are trucks parked across your door IT WILL BE TIGHT TO GET INTO A DOCK. Bring your A game. Or be smart and ask them to idle/move out of the way so you can hit your door.

Fairly quick load time. Overnight parking available. Hit the button at the gate and it will let you in. Park across from the docks.

Hey 👋Was Sunday very busy place 40 min for ceck in after you need to assist to count pallets, in warehouse to stay in my case 4 h with face mask to got loaded !

Most disorganized facility ever. Avoid by any means possible. And the female staff might be more rude then the post office and DMV combined.

Check in process was super long, and it seemed like the employees were all over the place or it was their first day on the job. Couldn’t tell. Loaded in about 30 min though.

Super unorganized. driver was waiting 1.5 hrs just to check in. then he has to find an open dock, come inside and wait to be called to be loaded. what a joke.Update - 2 more hours passed. Nobody in the office can find the paperwork for the load because one of the loaders took it but nobody knows which one. We waited 30 more mins and left. Trust me - comming here is not worth it...

Im an Otr guy and brought a load there this a.m...very professional, friendly, and all around good experience from the staff. The forklift drivers do not bs around. I was unloaded right away. From beginning to end, less than an hr..you gotta go in the building though while being unloaded, otherwise woulda been 5 stars. Thanks folks!

Had a delivery here and they were very quick. Might have sat for 20-30 mins at the dock

When I was asked to move when I was delivering to the same building I had to sleep somewhere

Shipper offices work so foolish and rude dont Take any more cargo here.

Good people and services

Truck driver has to stand inside while being loaded. I stepped on a board with nails in it that was left on the floor. Its loud and I had no hearing protection.

81720lb GW and sometimes takes couple hours to get loaded, doesnt matter are you on time or early for appointment.

Drivers Avoid this place for pick, 18 h and still not loaded. Super bad super slow

4 times here. Between 40min to 1.5 hours to check in, depending on how many people at the shipping office window. Than 1.5 to 2.5 to load. Have to wait on the loading dock while getting loaded.

Omar, the forklift guy, is the best. He loaded full truck load in less than 30min.
