She deals with people and not customers. I have been going here for 20 years and each time I go it’s a pleasant experience. She gives options and is honest about what can be done. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend this doctor for any dental work needed she was always so kind and interactive with me. I have been so happy since she has finished my orthodontics treatment. I smile more and feel so much more confident now. The consults for orthodontics and dentures are free as well!

Very happy with Dr. Smita Patels work. I had an emergency, my front top tooth broke which was bonded 34 years ago. They were very accommodating to my urgent need of getting the tooth fixed over the Labor day weekend. Dr. Patel did a great job. You can not even tell which tooth is fixed. Now I have my smile back!

Dr. Patel and her staff are by far some of the best people I’ve dealt with in a very long time. The friendliness and care they have for each patient is #1. They treat you like family and make sure you have a safe space for your comfort during this pandemic. The rooms are immaculate and they sanitize after each patient, they also take your temperature before going in and make you feel safe. They do great work and the best thing is that they have a payment plan for treatments.. we all know during this time money is tight and our health needs to be at 100%.

I love this place! before I was terrified visiting dental offices, but this place has a special warm environment to make people feel safe and relax. This dental office is so clean and organized. Also you can tell this dentist has the best and latest techcnology, highly recommended.

I really like this clinic they make sure they help you in any way they can. I don’t have insurance but they were willing to work with me by making a payment, luckily I was able to apply for care credit (which they helped) and got approved and was able to pay off my treatment. The girls are all very friendly and make you enjoy your visit.

I highly recommend Patel Family Dentistry for their great service and eve astounding cleanliness. I am one to be very cautious about places I go post pandemic. The way the clinic works its like clockwork. Once a patient leaves the staff gets to disinfecting the room immediately. There are air purifiers in almost every corner of the office, they have uv lights and so much more. I felt very safe and recommend them highly.

I have to share how comfortable the whole staff made me feel. Me being a very timid and shy person the staff made me feel like I was the only patient at the clinic. I was so scared of getting anything done but as soon as I came in they were so welcoming and understanding of how nervous I was. I highly recommend Patel Family dentistry to everyone.

I couldnt be happier with the quickness the staff and Dr. Patel took care of me. I came in with a very bad toothache (No appointment) and I was seeing immediately. They took care of my issue and it was very affordable (since I have no insurance) I can proudly say that from now on Dr. Patel will be my go-to dentist.

They helped even without insurance and explained the procedure every step of the way to me. I am in love with this clinic. The whole staff is very friendly and very patient. I was so nervous because dental work frightens me but everyone was so nice and helped me get through the treatment. I definitely will come back for needed treatment.

I took my little girls for their first ever cleaning and I was skeptical because they are little and never been to a dentist. I am so happy at how well the staff controlled the situation when one of my girls started freaking out. They got the entire staff together and sang to my girl until she calmed down and they were able to finish the work.

Absolutely horrible experience. She pulled my husbands 4 bottom teeth and before she would fit him for a partial demanded 500.00 over the out of pocket expense to complete. Called the insurance and she refuses to honor the contract she has with the insurance provider. My insurance told me to find a new dentist. Mean time there is a pandemic so it is difficult to find a new dentist and my husband needs to find a dentist who can finish the job she started but refused to finish. We were loyal customers for 15 years and this is how she treats her patients. If I could give less than one star I would.

I find Patel Family Dentistry a perfect for my family. Dr. Patel is excellent with my two teenagers as well as myself. The support staff is very pleasant. The hours are very flexible and convenient.

I was convinced to come when I saw the video about the covid-19 precautions they were taking. The staff and dentist made me feel safe regarding this situation, they were using proper protection and and safety all the time.

I was there today because I had an issue with my teeth. It having insurance did concern me because I am on a tight budget, luckily they were able to help me with a line of credit through Care Credit and I was able to get the treatment I needed.

If I can rate DR.Patel more than 5 stars I surly would. The Best and pleasant experience. I needed a dentist close to home for a root canal that I dreaded. I stopped in to see the office and make appointment. She said she was able to see me then. When she said I’m going to do your root canal now. I was in shock. The horror stories about root canals scared me. When she said she was done I was in shock. She was so pleasant and comforting knowing how I am not fond of being at a dentist. Then I had to bring my 89 yr dementia mom in the wheel chair for a tooth extraction. Dr.Patel was Absolutely wonderful. Her gentleness,kindness,comforting mom actually brought tears to my eyes. I can keep writing how wonderful Dr.Patel and her staff are because it is so hard these days to find a Doctor that cares about their patients. Had to stop in for an urgent cosmetic issue and Dr. Patel was able to fit me into her schedule. Very nice dentist. Nice work too.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. Patel. Go here if you want to overpay. I got my braces here and she charges above what the insurance allows her to charge. She should not be accepting the insurances if she is not comfortable with what those insurances pay her and ultimately allow her to charge but she does to gain more patients. Be on the lookout if you do go here. She will try to charge you directly without going through your insurance because she knows she can get more money out of you like that. Never pay her up front. Have her bill your insurance for EVERYTHING including things she says will not be covered by insurance let your insurance tell you that and reflect on paper. Many insurance companies only allow dentists to charge up to a total of $3500.00 for both tradition and for Invisalign braces. Do not pay more than that. If she is not willing to accept that as her payment for her service, go somewhere else because many other places are legitimately accepting what the insurance allows them to charge but Dr. Smita Patel will try to charge you on the side more than 3500. She tried charging me 4800 for tradition and tried charging my wife 5200. I do NOT recommend this place. File a grievance if you were charged more money than you should and also do not allow her to bill you directly IF you have private insurance. She needs to bill your insurance but wants to bill directly to patients to get more money out of you rather than what insurance will pay her. If this is happening, proceed with filing a grievance telling no your insurance the doctor is trying to bill you directly rather than going through them.

Love the Dr. & the staff. They are always friendly and accommodate to my schedule! I also love that whenever I come to the dentist it is always the same Dr. not a different dr. every visit.

Dr. Smita Patel has always been very hands on in demonstrating proper teeth cleaning techniques. It is easy to schedule appointments with and has very friendly staff. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and drive over half hour just for her services.
