I appeared in your shop at 10 am with trivial malfunction in my laptop. Lady in your office suggested me to prepay $25 for nothing and wait 3 hours. I dropped off my laptop on Tuesday and never heard from them until I called the shop the following Monday (One day shy of a week). When the front desk answered the phone I told them It had been a few days since dropping off my laptop. The mans reply was “yeahhhhh?” As if to say...so what!?. What do you think I’m calling for genius?
