I brought my wife’s Infinity into Parkville last week to have the fender and bumper repaired/replaced. Nick and his team gave me a competitive quote, so I ended up using their services. They did a great job, car looks brand new, it was done in only a few days, and the price was around what I thought it should be. I will definitely go to them next time I need body or paint work.

I was rear ended eariler in the summer with minor damage to my rear bumper and lights. I filed a claim with the other partys insurance they gave me the option to go wherever I want. So I googled for awhile to spot a business with high rating. As my result I found Parkville.Let me just say everyone who I spoke to handled my claim professionally well and my repairs were amazing. I felt like I had a brand new car again the way they presented it to me. Im keeping this business in my bookmarks for future repairs and references.

Great staff, got my right rear panel repaired and my bumper replaced. They did an excellent job as well as the paint job. They kept me posted on the progress and made life easier when it came to the rental car. If I need work done to my car again will definitely take it back here.

Best shop I’ve ever been to. Got rear ended 2 weeks after getting a new car. Was completely torn after this happened - thinking there’s no way my car will look like new again....I was mistaken!!! I dealt with Alex during my repairs and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service! They were extremely professional and kept me updated step by step. Parkville auto did an exceptional job refinishing the hood of my suv. After a few years of wear and tear, there were sections of the hood where the paint had chipped away due to road rocks. They did a great job repainting the hood and making sure it matched the rest of the car. I can’t stop looking at it. Would recommend to my friends and family for any future work!

I called them yesterday to ask for a quote regarding coloring my car and they asked me to come today at 12 noon. So, when I showed up, the manager told me we don’t do that. However Parkville Auto team did an outstanding job to repair my car and has done so with all original parts not cutting any corners and my car still drives today 5 years later without any problems. One of the better auto body shops in the area. They work well with insurance. They are also very patient answering customer questions and they try to address issues and concerns. Ask for Nicholas. He is always on top of everything and calls you to keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle. I still have some open issues, but I hope to get them resolved fully!

Kind of weird writing this review. I work here. I have been doing this for 30+ years, and for the last 6 I have worked here at Parkville. I can not say enough about the integrity and honesty of the shop as a whole. Not words you often hear about an auto body repair shop. The employees are elite. Every single one of them. The quality of work is the best I have seen. I have never seen a shop that has been fortunate enough to assemble the quality of people that Nick has. The attention to detail on every single repair is second to none. Every single employee down to the guy that washes cars, has the ability to stop the repair process if there is anything found to be out of place. Do we make mistakes? Of course we do. Everybody does. It doesnt happen often but when it does, its how you handle a mistake that makes the difference. We strive to return a car to its pre loss condition. You hear that a lot in this industry, but its usually just something that sounds good on a commercial. Here it is our number one goal. I see a couple of negative reviews on here about us, and I have watched the owner do everything he can do to contact these people with the intention of correcting anything at all that has to do with our repairs. Unfortunately we have not found a way to contact or even identify who they are. So I offer an open invitation to contact me so we can work towards resolving any issue you have with the repairs that we completed.

Wonderful! My poor wrecked car was still brand new to me and to the world. It went into repair with Parkville Auto Body and was returned to me within a week looking as new as I purchased it with the exception on a couple small missing brackets in the grill. The owner searched high and low for me to track down these minute parts. It took a few weeks, but he was able to locate them and installed them for me very quickly. I couldnt ask for more care in customer service than what I found here.

Found parkville through state farm because I needed body repair. This family owned business has been around for 30 plus years which is hard to find anymore. The people are nice and helpful. I had my little ones with me and they even helped take my car seats out and called for a rental car. The driver side rear door had a huge dent and scratches but when I picked it up it looked brand new. The turnaround was pretty fast and they guarantee their work. They even surprise you by leaving cookies in your car. I wish I would have found this place sooner.

They replaced a door on my car.

I like this shop, after discovering them, I have had them take care of all my cars. I have most of my mechanical maintenance that is under warranty done at the Bredemann Toyota dealership in Park Ridge. I found out that they send their body work to Parkville in Franklin Park and I figured if my dealership was happy with their work I would be happy as well and I was. They tell you the way it is and will set you up with a car rental if necessary. If they think something is unnecessary they will tell you, even though they want your business. This has been my experience with the fellow I usually work with (Rob or Robert). Nick the owner has been very accommodating as well. I have 3 Toyota vehicles but they do work on all vehicles. They will also give you a small bottle of touch up paint if you had any painting done and you will find a box of cookies on the seat when you pick up your car. Nice touch!

I purchased a New used 2012 MKX on a Saturday and on Monday someone had hit me and left from a grocery store parking lot. I brought the car in for an estimate and arranged a date to have the car repaired. The process was extremely easy and seamless from the estimate to Nick at Parkville working with my insurance company and having my car finished on time and in beautiful condition. I couldnt be happier. Service was great, staff was friendly but more importantly the car looks new again. Thank you!

My car side was repair and painted there after a small, fender benders 6+ years ago. On guaranty, I brought it, back because of paint blistering (cheap thinner used). The owner gave me, hard time at first but ended up redoing the job. Now 2019, the other side has same problem. Do not recomend this place. It not worth the money paid through insurance, nor the hassle to go back each time. I live now out of state. Not good!

I took my car here after my insurance refused to fix my car because they said it was not related to the accident. Rob worked with the insurance company and made them realize that it was part of the accident. My car was ready a week before they said it would be ready and when I picked up my car they left me a box of cookies in the car waiting for me!My insurance company let me down but they made everything better. Hopefully I wont be needed their service again anytime Soon but if I do I will definitely come here again.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. I VERY rarely write reviews of negative experiences due to working in customer service and knowing how it is. I also wouldnt want to ruin any business for anyone butttt I would NOT recommend for anyone to go here. I had an insurance claim and chose to get work done here. They were supposed to have my car for a week and it ended up being 3 weeks. My rental car ended up running out luckily my parents let me borrow theirs. Long story short they tried returning my car with a headlight that didnt work, ended up being the positive cable being torn. Also a burned out fog light and the side trim/ sticker missing. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
