We had a large dinner party (for 22) in Feb 2019 and we rented a full line of chairs, cutlery, china, tables, glassware, etc, from Taylor Rental for the event. The items were delivered but 16 of the 25 chairs (Chiavara Gold Ballroom) were unusable. I didnt have time to document each unusable chair but I took several photos of some of the damaged Taylor Rental chairs to show the owner at a later date. (He was not interested to see them) Several were wobbly, many had missing felt cushions, and several had exposed nails hammered into the feet of the chairs to keep the protective pads on the chairs. In my opinion, these chairs should not have left the storage warehouse. I discovered this the morning of the party, and immediately contacted Taylor Rental. Within two hours or so, they did come and deliver 16 satisfactory replacement chairs before the event. The day the rental supplies were picked up, I contacted Dave, who I was informed was the owner of this Taylor Rental. He returned my call the next day and I told him I thought their performance, regarding the chairs, was subpar. I felt a partial refund for the chair portion of the $597.04 order was fair. I mentioned that quality control had failed in a big way and those chairs should never have left the warehouse. This caused us undue stress the day of the party to learn the chairs were unusable. We had to remove all the tie on cushions from each chair. We also sustained several scratches on our newly refinished hardwood floors (I believe from some of the chairs with exposed metal on the feet of the chairs). The owner said he would provide no refund and became nasty and he actually hung up on me. I was very surprised at this behavior and I thought it should be noted how Dave the owner of this Taylor Rental handled post-event customer service for this particular event. Thank you. I will not be renting from this Taylor Rental location again.

Dave and Donna were so helpful and accommodating when renting equipment for my daughter’s outdoor socially distant bridal shower. Dave guided me with size and amount of equipment needed and even called me 2 days before to tweak the rentals. I recommend them highly and thank them for their help!

This is our 5th year renting a tent from Taylor. As always we had a flawless experience, from placing the order to the guys setting it up.

Use them for a party and they were suppose to call before coming to install tent make sure someone was home . They never did . I get an email a couple of days after picking up rentals that there a few missing glasses and they were charging me for it . I have no idea if they were missing or not but when you spend close to 2k on rentals it seems pretty petty to charge $19 for that. Ill never use them again
