Had my equipment for a month. Called every week for progress updates. Every time they told me it would be done the following week. 4 weeks later I am going to pickup my equipment that has not even been diagnosed. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Push mower dropped Saturday 4th at Lyons for tuneup, they said they will call me, today is Monday 13th and I just cant wait more I need to mow my yard, I called them to check on, they hadnt qoute it yet, I asked about when, then he said that by the end of the week he will call to let me know how much it will cost, no serious business for me, first time here, my friend told about Lyons Outdoor and Ill pick it up as soon as I can.

Seriously great service! After wasting time with another Exmark dealer, Lyons solved our problems professionally, courteously and promptly. They also gave warranty service the other Exmark dealer in Lexington had not even offered AND recommended a service task which was due which doubled the warranty on the drive.

I bought a stihl leaf blower from Lyons two years ago for around $140.00 and it never ran quite right from day one but by using it on choke it was adequate. I only use it to blow the dust out of my garage and the clippings off my patio. About a month ago the blower would not run at all. I took it to Lyons for repair. I got a call within a couple of days later saying that the repair would be 90.00. I decided against repairing it since it wouldnt be that much more to buy a new blower. I picked it up and asked what was wrong with it and the man behind the counter said that the carb was messed up and needed replacing. He said that even though I had not used the machine much at all that ethanol gas probably ruined the carb. They charged me 18.00 for the estimate and I left.So I took it home thinking I might replace the carb myself for 20 or 30.00. But before I ordered a new carb I thought I might try to clean it out. When I took the carb off the blower it appeared that it hadnt ever been removed. There was dust caked all over it even where the the screws were. I took a few parts off the carb and sprayed some carb cleaner in it and reassembled it. I started it and it ran better than it ever had. Ive used it 4 times in the last week and a half and it starts instantly and runs perfect. I feel like they didnt care enough to even take it apart, much easier to just charge for a new one. Wont be going back there. I gave them 2 stars because the man behind the counter was very nice.
