Exam was good, what bugded me most my prescription was not sent to pharmacy before lunch so i was not able to get medication till after lunch.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for severe tooth pain, set there for 3 hours. They never tried to fix it. They wanted to schedule me 2 weeks out. Then on top of that, they wanted me to pay 50% for that up front before they would schedule me. They refused to work with me financially to set up payments. Not to mention they wanted to redo work from another dentist that wasnt even a problem. Went in for tooth pain, they wanted to do 20K worth of work. Ill never return to any of these locations. Frankfort, KY especially!
So Im a younger women. 26 to be exact. But my previous lifestyle and genetics, have made it to where I do not have good teeth. I have to get dentures. But this office made me feel SO comfortable and answered every question along the way. They treated me with respect. Nothing less. They made me feel like theyve known me my whole life. Nathan, the office manager especially, he was so polite and professional. Made the process not seem so bad after all. I paid my mine outright but they have many financing options and an AMAZING guarantee! Mine has a 7 year warranty and EVERYTHING is covered. Ill never pay for another thing again. They worked as quickly as possible to get everything started and even found me a very good oral surgeon. I cannot wait to get my smile back! Thank you, ALL! 10/10 and definitely would recommend.
Everyone was friendly and good at what they do. I came from Louisville to the Frankfort location for a emergency tooth extraction. Only place that could get me in quick. I am also a self pay and the office worked with me to make sure I was able to get procedure done. I have found my dentist in Frankfort and I’ll be coming from Louisville every time. What does that tell you?

I will never go there again. Was told in order to get a cleaning, I have to get Gingivitis treatment and was presented a big bill even while having top notch insurance. I went to another dentist and he said everything was perfect and that I had no issue!
I had 2 extractions done due to having infection in both teeth. Everyone from the time I walked in the door to when the Dentist and Hygenist sat down to pull my teeth were very nice and helpful

I went to them because a previous dentist messed my teeth up by doing an experimental tratment to straighten my teeth without braces. Due to this i needed 18 crowns. Crowns are very expensive so i was unable to afford that and had to make the hard decision to remove 18 teeth. Im very self consious and sad. I pick up my dentures and automatically relize that the partial the made was wrong its missing a whole tooth. i bring it there attention. They blew it off as if it was done on purpose. Then the day comes i get my teeth pulled go back to the visot the next day. Thats when they notice that the top plate is way too big. They tell me that its for swelling mind you its so big its not touching anything in my mouth.i say somthing they say try glueing only on the roof not where the stiches are. I called 3 times a day for 2 weeks trying to get in to get them fixed because it looked so bad . they refused to work me in said theres nothing they can do after they have collected my 4000 plus dollars. I have to not eat and walk around like that for 2 weeks. Then today i go in to get my soft plate put on the denture to try to make it fit. They dont give me a mirror they dentist never even came back to my room she kept sending the hygienist i feel like thats because she knew how badly they were going to look. I begged them to get me and appointment when the lab tech was there to remake the denture to correct it they schedule me another 2 weeks out and say theres nothing they can do. Until that date. So im supposed to walk around with no teeth because i cant fit this in my mouth its way to big . im so sad cant afford to go anywhere else i left that office bawling crying non stop i had to sit in the parking lot for 45 mins before i could even get it togather enough to drive. And all they could say to me was sorry. Sorry isnt enough. Its. Horrible if you have any other choice do not go here go anywher else anywhere but here.
My appointment was at noon. I left at 3:00. This was a consultation only. There was one doctor. Way too long in office. I actually spent about thirty minutes for consultation after seeing doctor. The staff was friendly.

Everyone was very nice and professional, but I sat there for two hours and never got my cleaning, which is the reason I went. I understand things take time, but I feel like that was a little much. I would highly recommend the company look into what they can do to make the process a little faster. And not everyone is looking for longterm treatment, even if they need it. Once I leave work, I want to get home to my kids. I dont want to sit for hours in a doctors office.
I really enjoyed Aspen Dental Frankfort. They were so nice, professional and caring. I hate going to the dentist but they made my experience so much better.
I went here to have repair work done by another Aspen dental. In the last year I have had ten dentist visits to achieve a simple procedure. I dont trust the work done, Ive spent a great deal of money beyond the procedure to have work fixed... What is really infuriating is the lack of communication. The empty promises.

It was a great experience for me. I knew two of the employees and knowing that they worked there made the experience even better. The whole staff was so kind and I think I found my new dentist! They went over my gum hygiene and didn’t seem like they were trying to scare me, they seemed genuinely concerned and here to help.

1st of all Id like to say Ive heard nothing but bad things about Aspen Dental. However I like to form my own opinion so we thought wed give it a try since they take our insurance.When we arrived, they inform me they didnt have my insurance information even though I did everything prior to the visit. They inform me when we arrived they didnt have a dental heigenest on staff that day so they would be taking x-rays and they would see the dentist. After seeing the dentist, they gave me this list of things we needed. Two fillings (which is why I made the appointment and I told them that up front), gingivitis treatment (we have had regular dental apts every 6 months and brush regularly) a mouth guard and an orthodontist referral to the tune of over $500 for my part way over priced.BTW why would you recommend a mouth guard and orthodontist since after the orthodontist, the mouth guard wouldnt fit the same.When I told the that I wasnt going to pay for anything but the fillings they told me the dentist wouldnt fill them unless she had the gingivitis treatment also.I told them I would find another dentist.
Some things are worth the wait! Amidst the COVID crisis, Aspen was professional and courteous and as timely as they could possibly manage. I highly recommend this office as they were obviously putting patient care first.

Needed to have tooth checked for lost fooling. Appointment was easy to get. I was promptly taken in upon my arrival. The staff and dentist were exceptional.
This place has been a complete JOKE!!! My Fiance was first scheduled to come here in early September. When he arrived, they told him his appointment has been rescheduled and they had tried calling him. There were no calls from Aspen Dental on his call log. Honest mistake right? He checked to make sure the number they had was correct and then agreed to come back on the rescheduled day. When he went back to them, they told him yet again, he had been rescheduled and they had tried calling. Of course, there were no calls on his call log. We try to be understanding because my Fiance really needed to have a tooth examined. When we went back for a third time, he got in just fine and they began a basic procedure and told him to come back on a certain day. My Fiance has been in pain for over a week at this point and is excited to get back to the dentist chair to get the work finished. Last night he went to have his procedure completed and they turned him away AGAIN saying that he had been rescheduled. We have never met an office with such poor communication and scheduling skills. If you are like us and prefer to put your trust in places that actually know how to commit to a customer and dont just shove you aside because it seems like they want to close early, then Aspen Dental of Frankfort is NOT for you.

I am writing in regards to patient MARIE E. DAVIDSON. She was very nervous at the very beginning but they put her fears at ease. Meredith did a great job on the payment plan for her. They actually sent and Uber to come get her 1 day early for her teeth to be pulled and for her to get dentures. Everyone was very nice and she is so excited about being able to smile again and eat regular foods soon. Thanks for a job well done.
Everyone at the office treated me so kind and professional I was worried about Covid-19 but they were so careful in everyway right when you walk in the door. The whole staff at this office were wonderful
All though i was there for about 3 plus hours, they were very nice, respectful and pleasant. When the doc pulled my tooth, which she didnt have to that day but she did any way, Thank you so any way she pulled it quick and painless. When i have any other teeth problems i will be going back to Aspen.

Went because my dentist was booked, was an emergency but it was going to be several days before I could get into my dentist. Aspen got me in that day and did a great job.

I went to Aspen for 1st time last July the assistant I had was Christen Ill never forget her she was the nicest person I had ever meant I had a very bad experience years ealier but she made me feel like I was the only patient and assured me that this wouldnt be like my last experience she was right I never felt so appreciated shes the best, I went back a month ago and Christen was working in lab but I watched the Dentist and assistants going to Christen to see what shed do I hope this company is taking care of her from what Ive seen this office would be nothing without her the world needs alot more Christens thank you so much for all you did for me greatly appreciated.. I know youll go far in life if anyone deserves it you do.
Ive had a wonderful experience here, I had all my top teeth extracted and dentures in place. The road has been long to finally get my plate right, but the staff especially Christen has made my smile the way I want it. They have treated me like family. I highly recommend them!
I went in to fix what previous dentist had done but they said to fix was going to cost about 15,000 which I do not have cause I’m am just a school bus driver, so I went with the 3,000 plan cause I trusted them and boy was I wrong! My bite doesn’t even touch but I can’t even eat cause they have my top biters so small they can’t even touch my bottom bitters on the inside. This place is a complete joke and should be sued! They didn’t fix my smile they made me not want to smile! Never go here cause if I would have read the reviews I’d never settled for here!!!
They triple book their appointment times so your left sitting forever not ti Mention they won’t even see for the reason you make the appointment but instead call it an exam and make you have a second appointment to do any work. And let’s not mention them trying to sell you overpriced oral hygiene products that you will never use and don’t need just so they can make an extra buck. I suggest finding a dentist that’s not about the all mighty dollar if you want quality service.

This was my first visit. I have had problems chewing my food for years the personel were fantastic,and gave me hope that I would be able to actually be able to eat real food.
These guys are so much trouble. You might think you have an appointment, but they could just give it away. And despite the fact that you have to do multiple phone calls for every appointment, when you do get in they might just tell you they cant do what you scheduled. I took time off work to get a cleaning, a very simple procedure, and after making me wait thirty minutes they get me in and tell me they will do a check up but no cleaning. Cant do the check up THEN the cleaning, no, apparently one of the people I spoke to in order to schedule this procedure should have mentioned they wouldnt be able to do the thing I was trying to schedule.
At Aspen I was promptly greeted and brought in for my appointment. For my bi-annual cleaning they were willing to remove my braces wires to ensure good cleaning. I was impressed by the quality of the cleaning and would recommend to others.
Just imagine, you are in pain in your chest. Maybe a heart attack. So you go to urgent care or the ER. They spend 2 hours on x-rays and examining you. Then send you in to talk to the office manager about how you plan to pay and offer you payment options BUT you cannot be treated foryour chest pain until you pay it all, make a payment plan and get treated for something else BEFORE your chest pain was addressed. Unless you want to pay thousands of dollars and set up a payment plan FIRST, then you wont get treated! Apparently Aspen tell everyone (by previous reviews) they have gum infections, gum disease etc and will not fill a cavity until that is treated first. So they would rather you suffer in pain than to be treated and helped all for the MONEY! We will go to a real dentist that cares about the patient, the fact that not everyone has 9,000 plus dollars. A simple cavity fill would have worked and a follow up for a good cleaning would work, but not for these people. I can buy an electric toothbrush at Wal-Mart, as they stated was needed and they would provide after payment and treatment for the deep cleaning. I should not have to pay Aspen hundreds or thousands of dollars or get on a payment plan FIRST. We could pay out of pocket SAME DAY for a cavity fill. Truly do not care for people, just an up sale on services to make money. So my husband and I spent 2 hours there with no help. Only a plan with money amounts and options for payment plans FIRST before he can get his tooth helped. So unless you have steep pockets, I suggest you go see your Local Dentist that is not a chain that doesnt care about the patient, just your finances!
Very friendly staff, up-front and reasonable pricing, good atmosphere. However, being expected to pay before any insurance claims means that you might end up over-paying, and when that happened to me, I wasnt informed about a $600+ refund due me for almost 6 months. Totally unacceptable, as a refund should have been sent to me automatically, especially since my treatment was complete.

From the first minute I walked in I was made to feel welcome. Everyone was so kind. My teeth are in pretty bad shape and I have been to dentist before that made me feel like a failure, but here no one judged me, all everyone wants to do is help me to get a beautiful smile!! I met so many people while I was there and I am terrible with names (everyone is awesome), but I spent more time with Meredith, she showed me the different types of dentures and explained the procedures and the cost. She was a miracle worker and got what I needed/wanted for under the amount I could spend (now I can also get glasses, wish they had a vision center!) I cannot begin to say how thankful I am for Aspen Dental. I cannot wait to have my smile back!!

EDITED. After 3 weeks, several emails, a few phone calls, and a push from management in New York I finally got an updated estimate. The only problem was it was still missing items I requested. Ive called and emailed them again but have gotten no reply and thats been 2 weeks. Ive come to learn theyre very slow here at this office. I also noticed they like to upsell. My estimate had a toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash added. It also had the cancer screening I declined. That in itself was well over $150. Ive also read many corresponding reviews on the insurance website that they tend to upsell and insist you have periodontal disease. Once diagnosed they refuse to do a simple cleaning. This means big out-of-pocket expense. All I wanted was a simple cleaning and two new metal crowns, but I wont get any of that unless I change my dentist. UPDATE..new dentist and hygienist. No new crowns or dental work needed, just 2 small cavities. No periodontal disease either. Hygienist worked for Aspen after graduation from school. She said it was a farce. Some of the stories she told me were horrible. Bottom line is dont sign the treatment plan, get a second opinion. I saved a fortune by switching dentists and wasnt subjected to unnecessary dental work or product.
My boyfriend paid out an extreme amount of money for a top partial with this company and it was made so fragile. First a tooth broke loose in less than 4 months and then the whole bridge broke clear across at 5 months, this company should not be a trail and error for how branched they are. I paid a 3rd of the cost to have a partial made for myself and has lasted me going on 6 years and I eat with it every day.. So to say Aspen Dental is a rip off, which is so misleading cause everyone deserves confidence with themselves to talk and smile!
Dental work was fine but not very professionally run business. I had two cleaning appointments, one of which they rescheduled once, and the other they rescheduled twice on me since their hygienist called in. Also, instead of asking me to pay my bill after the cleaning (or calling / emailing / mailing me a bill) they went straight to a debt collection company for me to pay the bill. They worked to resolve the issue afterwards (4 months after my appointment), but still lots of runaround for what could have been a simple procedure.
I absolutely loved the staff I had take care of me. They are very straight forward and professional. They were very thorough with x-rays and explaining what needed to be done.
My appointment was for a cleaning with the dental hygienist, Dallas. I was very pleased at how promptly she took me back. She was very pleasant and professional. She worked to ensure my comfort and explained each step she was taking. She scheduled my next appointment and then I left.
Complete lack of communication. Called to schedule a new patient appointment. Confirmed I only wanted a cleaning and not X-rays. Confirmed the price because I dont have dental insurance and was planning on paying out of pocket. Showed up for my appointment to find out they werent doing the cleaning but a checkup with X-rays. I do not appreciate being misled over the phone and wasting my time, especially since I took time off of work to have this appointment.
Most individuals hate going to a dentist office. My first appointment with Dr. Baits was great. Friendly and professional. The dental assistant, Christen, is professional, knowledgeable, and has made each visit amazing during the care of my teeth. Christen is courteous and polite. We were on vacation when my husband developed a severe tooth ache. I called Aspen Dental and they gave me an appointment the same day. The staff was pleasant and professional. The Dentist was through and reviewed xrays. It was determined that an antibiotic was needed before any treatment could be given. The whole experience was very positive. Within 24 hours the pain lessened and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation!! Thank you Aspen Dental.
Extremely unimpressed with having a credit inquiry they didnt bother to tell me they were doing while distracting me and playing off the paperwork as treatment authorization. Pleasant experience before that but the way a HARD CREDIT INQUIRY was handled was pretty shady.
Made appointment confirmed trough text messaged. Got there they have canceled my appointment because they didn’t talk to me verbally. Reschedule they canceled on me because the office needed to close early. Reschedule again was pulling in and they texted me and canceled. This place is a joke. They are very inconsiderate.
I had an extraction on a Saturday morning. They were all friendly, professional but not stuffy, and a job well done .was a bit of a longer wait due to it being weekend staffing . However, staff used teamwork to keep it moving. Working Monday thru Friday, Im likely going to make this my dental home .Even driving over from Lexington. Thanks guys and gals!

I use to be so reluctant about having Dental appointments. Past experiences were rough and staff no so helpful. BUT since Ive started going to Aspen Dental in Frankfort, Ky. The staff are the BEST. I visited Aspen Dental after a friend went there. I was so pleased with how nice, thorough and attentive to me. The doctor was very friendly and did great work. I would not recommend them. The office staff is incompetent and cannot answer questions with any clarity or detail. They wont consider the patients view or perspective. They wont answer phone calls or messages and if they do they wont listen to what patient has to say. I recommend you to run away as fast as you can. dont consider them.

On Saturday went in for a New patient exam, the whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The DA was helpful and took the x-rays quickly and gently. The Hygienist worked quickly and after explained what was wrong and ensured i understood what was needed. The Doctor also worked quickly and explained what was wrong and showed my xrays to me as she went over them. Over all very good staff and very friendly.
This visit was an exceptional visit. I always arrive early for any appointment as I did this time. There was no line ahead of me, which I really like, and they took me right on back. Once in the chair, there are not any nice, more polite people anywhere. They are most professional and fun too. They make going to the dentist a lot more enjoyable than just going to the dentist!!!
0 stars if I could!! Absolutely the most ridiculous place Ive ever tried to do business with. Went to have a cavity refilled that came out and my appointment was at 2:45. I left at 6:05 with not one thing done. Instead or repairing my tooth, the hygienist tried to sell me an oral cancer screening and an oral B electric toothbrush, then the doc came in and told me I had 4 other cavities and then replied you have to come back to get all of them done later. She handed me off to the office manager who then proceeded to tell me in order to get the work done I would have to pay my portion in full of $744 first.I went to another dentist the very next after noon. He told me I had no other cavities and repaired the other one. Paid my $50 deductible and left owing my portion of $33.DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL. THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO THE BANK! Count on it!
In my case I went to the clinic with a tooth ache in one molar teeth that was RCDed several years back. Here is what happened..1. I spent 30 minutes in XRays.. I donno why I need to do it if its not a well visit. I have a specific problem lets talk about that first.2. Thereafter I was on chair for 30 minutes when I was informed doctor will take another 20-30 minutes. I had to leave to get some other work done and came back after 1 hour.3. I came back and more Xrays followed...4. More dental pictures...5. Finally hygienist visited .. she talked about all my gums and teeth. How much bacteria everywhere ... ORAL B advertisements.. Deep cleaning suggestions.. It has been 2 hours and still beating around the bush..6. Another 15 minutes wait... Finally doctor came.. same trend continued.. how my teeth is grinding on others, we will change the caps etc etc..how we can do invisi-align to align all my tooth... I am 35 years old no one ever felt I need tooth alignment..but its fine to know.. All of this is good for a well visit not with someone who is in pain..7. Then I asked what about my problem tooth what is the plan with that... upon that I got the below response... based on the XRay seems like there might be some infection on the old RCD.. we need a specialist to look into it.. Ok bring him on... No, he is not here we need to setup an appointment...WHAT!! You need 3 hours and 20+ radiation exposures to tell me that? Of course you cannot let go the advertisement / sales opportunities..8. Doctor told she cant give any medicine and continue having ibuprofen .. Asked me to wait again until manager comes to setup next steps and appointments with specialist.. --- THANK YOU VERY MUCH9. After waiting for another 15 minutes ... I called a nurse to check whats going on.. She came back and said ... manager is still awaiting on insurance, so you can leave we will call you . I asked why cant you schedule the appointment without insurance? Upon that she mentioned Manager needs insurance detail to start the process..So I entered the clinic 4 hours back with pain in tooth.. after 20+ xrays .. several advertisements... plan of care setup for all other tooth... I leave the clinic with same pain.. without seeing an actual doctor... without a plan of care for my bad tooth.. without an appointment with specialist..Please try to assess the problem first and check if you can resolve it before performing ~20 X-Rays and making people wait for hours.. Have a serve first attitude rather than sell first attitude..Thanks! No need to call me, I am not coming back to aspen dental.

Aspen Dental is a great place. The staff are all really friendly. Whitney cleaned my teeth today and she did such an excellent job. I am normally scared of the dentist, but Whitney makes you feel right at home. She even made me up a goodie bag to take home. I was excited!!!!

One of the best dental offices Ive visited! The staff was very friendly and professional. The hygienist was great at explaining everything and answering my questions, and she was super personable. Dr. Graham was very knowledgeable and easily diagnosed my problem. Everyone was super helpful and friendly, and this is only one of a few medical providers offices Ive visited where I feel like the people genuinely cared, listened to me, and actually helped me. I came in terrified no one would take my jaw pain seriously (no one else had, so I suffered for months) and within minutes Dr. Graham knew what was wrong and how to fix it! Highly recommend! (Also -they are upfront about costs before you commit to anything!)

I was able to get a new patient appointment in less than 24 hours using the online scheduling. Then got an appointment to do the first stage of getting 2 crowns for the next morning. The shots of Novacain didnt hurt nearly as much as when my previous dentist fave them to me. So far so good.

Will continue to use Aspen Dental in Frankfort for my dental needs. I myself needed some partials to make my smile pretty again. Brian went above and beyond to get this done at an affordable price to me and financing I could afford. Though there were some issues due to the lab they have to use outside the office Brian made sure I was compensated for the issues and my time and travel. They made me feel as if my time was as important as theirs. Would have rated Excellent instead of Very Good but they lost our dentist Dr. Yeager and have a new one who is learning the ropes there and is still on the slow side. My husband who just does not have a high tolerance for patience had to wait in the chair two visits ago and he gave the staff a bit of a hard time. Kudos to them for being patient with him. But our visit last night was much better for him. Thanks to all the staff there in Frankfort!
Had an initial good visit with them after needing to be seen on a Saturday a few months ago. Since that time it has rapidly gone down hill! They were supposed to have removed an 85.00 charge for xrays- they still have not done so. I had a root canal through a crown and needed to come back to them and have the follow-up work done on the crown. They wont do the crown work until the Hygiene work is done first- which will be $504.00. I advised I wasnt doing the hygiene work right now as I cant afford it, but need to do the crown work. They refused ! I understand advising me on what is needed- but FORCING a patient to do anything seems unethical and very shady to me. I will NOT be back and advise everyone to stay away from this office !!
Every one there was professional, considerate, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care!! I will recommend them to my family and friends!!
Aspen dental is full of kind people. They got me an appointment the same day I called and while the wait was a little long it was warranted with them squeezing me into their tight schedule so close to closing time. In the follow days they have called to see how I am feeling and even worked with me on getting me a new prescription sent to my pharmacy because I was allergic to the other one. They went beyond what I was expecting from a dental practice to just meet my needs. Though it is costly the expierence itself was nice.
Nice people. But way overpriced. They want you to get a credit card. With a high interest rate .
Ive tried a few dentists but i like this one the best. All the staff are very helpful and they really make things simple to understand. I definitely recommend, they have a fun environment especially for a dentists office
The workers where very nice & explained some stuff that needed to be done.....but went in to have a broke tooth pulled ....an was disappointed when it didnt happen sat in a dentist chair for 3hrs...to get told its not happening today......

I went to this office because it was closer to my work. I had a specific complaint about a sensitive toot with a cavity. They too about a dozen xrays of all my teeth and then I saw the dentist. After checking my teeth, the dentist pointed out some other dental problems I had, which is true and seemed to be trying to steer me to a major dental overhaul. I told them I wasnt interest in that today and just wanted my cavity filled. At first she wouldnt admit I had a cavity, but did when I pressed her. She wouldnt say she would fill the tooth when I asked her to. I then asked for another dentist and talked to the owner. He said they did comprehensions dentistry and would not answer a yes or no question on whether they would fill my tooth. I walked out. I have never had a dental visit this frustrating or unprofessional.

I have never been treated better at a dentist office than I was here. The office staff was great and treated me like a friend rather than a patient with a number. The dentist was caring and concerned about my needs. This office certainly won me over and I will go back for any future dental needs.Thanks Aspen
Amazingly kind and wonderful group of people . The guy that makes dentures is an artist! You want your family who needs them to use him because they will LOVE the realistic job he does.
They quickly assessed a lot of work that I need done and are able to do it for half the quote I got before plus about 6 weeks earlier. All 3 of my family are switching over....
Got an emergency visit scheduled for today since my regular dentist were closed because its a Saturday and I was very unsatisfied. I had originally thought that my family and I might switch to Aspen dental but my 1st visit will be my last. I had gotten the visit because I had been in unbearable pain for a week and unable to eat or sleep while also taking care of my newborn baby and my three other children. They were very unclear about pinpointing the actual problem I had going on and said Id need a tooth extracted. That I would have to have a oral surgeon do it and sent me home to sit in pain for however long till I can get it taking out. Which who knows how long that could take or the fact that theyre closed all weekend. Then they said well you can just go to a surgeon in Lexington if you cant get in soon in Frankfort, like it was no big deal but little do they know that my husband works day shift and that I wouldnt be able to have him take off work with four kids to drive me around a area Im not familiar with. That Id have no choice but to stick with Frankfort and prob. wait in pain. They didnt seem to care if I liked the place or how I felt. I got the impression they could careless that maybe moneys all they care about. So yeah I would not recommend this place... theres much better places in Frankfort.
They have done a great job so far. Just wish I didnt have to pay for everything up front and could have had the option to pay over my visits would have been nice.
I have had such a positive experience here. Everyone has been wonderful and helpful.
Very nice facility. I was able to get my cleaning in less than an hour. Very friendly staff. I will definitely be going back !
