Was thr over 7hrs of which the first 4hr the load was not even touched. Mk sure you tk a good meal and movies with you!

First, people are awesome. Appt 02:00. Got there way early, yes can park. Walked to door at 12:00. Pulled out of property at 01:00. Easiest live unload EVER!!! (Cant check in til midnight)

Arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Received a door right away after signing in. Lumper service was good, no issues. I could deliver here anytime. Overnight parking allowed, but it is in the driveway, and only 4 maybe 5 trucks will fit. Loves & Pilot only 18 miles away. I-64 exit 43.

This place is a Joke.They dont care about driversThey make you wait for 7 hours to get loaded and another 2 hours to get BOL

First impressions were not good. But 1hr to unload is very respectful!! 4stars for being a tight location for beginners. I watched a driver attempt to line up a few times. No problems with lumper service.

As usual with any kind of distribution center, they take forever to get you unloaded. They use capstone, so they charge an unloading fee. They also only have two guys there to unload trucks. My appointment time was midnight, another one of my companys drivers was 1:00. They told me it was going to take at least 2 hours to unload me, so Im not sure how they were going to get into the 1:00 guy in just an hour... Which they didnt. It took them 3 hours to unload my trailer, and later when I asked the other guy when he finally got done, he said it was 3 hours after I left. Im not sure who thought it was a good idea to only have two unloaders, and so many appointments on the night shift, but its pretty ridiculous. Be prepared to sit if you have one of the nighttime appointments

Overnight parking for 4-5 trucks on ramp, receiving start 12:00AM in the morning. They charged lumper fees from 75-100 USD.

Delivered load here. Overnight parking off street, about 5 trucks can fit. Fast unloading. Overall great, no issues.

Very long unloading.

Long unload 4.25 hours and 231 dollars lumper fee.Wow.

BEWARE OF LUMPER SERVICE!!!!! My husband used the lumper - Rogers Premier Unloading Service & they told him $215 cash but then they gave him a receipt for $195 knowing that its dark out & hell be miles away before he looks at his paperwork when he goes to turn it in. They have trucks parked everywhere making maneuvering difficult.

Yes there is overnight parking. receiver opens door at 0200 .. shipping all night . great place for unloading in less than 1 hr once you get a door
