No appointment and got me right in. Price was fair and everything was clean and sanitized. Got a great haircut.

I went to Supercuts in Frankfort to see if they could fix a bad haircut I got elsewhere. Tabitha did a wonderful job and I loved getting a chance to get to know her. She fixed my hair and it looks so much better. Thank you Tabitha for saving my hair!!

Went here to get my hair colored after getting it cut at another salon that does not do color. Once I was here Tabitha was consulting with me over the color I wanted and she pointed out to me how choppy and uneven my hair was and it was big time when I held up the mirror to look at the back. I couldn’t believe my eyes what I saw. She got me together evened my hair out and got the choppy out. My hair cut and my hair color looks amazing! She took her time with me and didn’t treat me as all I am is dollar signs. She was friendly and eager to help me look and feel my best. She recommended me the right hair care products for my hair type. The prices wasn’t bad like at other salons. I will definitely be back and recommend this place

Ashley is my only hairstylist simply because shes that good!! She gets to know you so well I dont even have to tell her what I want each time because shes always done such a good job. They all defiantly are good stylist no complaints here. I would recommend them to everyone!

Went for a beard trim and she cut off about 75% of it and made it round. Not happy at all. The haircut is fine, though. Basic, but fine. The stylist was nice, though.

The lady was extremely nice but I had to wait over an hour to get my hair cut. They had one person working all night. I might take my business elsewhere. Had to wait while people came in and went ahead of me. Wasted half my night waiting. The cut was great the wait time was not!!Went to have my eyebrows done.... what a joke!!!

Ashley was great! I had alot of hair to get rid of, felt 10 pounds lighter when I walked out. I have nothing negative to say about my experience! Ashley and Amber were good company, fun to talk to.

Went in for a summer color. I am a natural blonde, so it should not have been too much work. I walked out with dark brown hair. Showed a picture and everything. I love the new look, but it did not meet my expectations. If you go here for a full color, choose something very very simple.UPDATE: woke up this morning with something hard on the nape of my neck. It was a CHEMICAL BURN from the coloring. I will not be going back, and am warning everyone!

If you care about your hair at all, please dont go here. Worst haircut of my life.On the other hand, if you like going to stylists who dont listen to what you ask for, cut your hair several inches shorter than you wanted it, leave it choppy instead of blended, and tell you you have all sorts of issues with your hair and scalp and push expensive products on you and then come right out and tell you that theyll say anything to make a sale, then youll probably love this place.

Just got my haircut and am not happy at all. It was a very very simple to do cut that if I could see the back I could have done it myself. They just had to shave the sides of my head with a high fade.... Well I guess that was to much to ask.. The lady absolutely rushed through my cut and just did enough to get me out of the chair. Hell I didnt even get the supposedly mandatory hot towel refresher to get the hair of of me so now I get to rush back home and take a shower again before starting the day. I was extremely hesitant to get my hair cut here but the other reviews seemed ok so gave it a shot. I am just extremely happy I only had her do the sides and not trim the top as Ive been growing it out for the last 6 months. So like the other review says if you love your hair stay away from this location!! I should have listened to it myself :(

Close this place, what a joke. All I wanted was a fade with scissors on top. Absolutely no fade, and completely butchered the bangs. I guess Ill be wearing a hat for the next 2 weeks. Save yourself a $20 bill and go elsewhere.

So i came in to get a trim on april 1st. it started off okay i guess. i asked for a blunt cut and to trim my face framing. it looked eh until i got home and took a closer look. THE FACE FRAMING WAS SO CHOPPY. It was like she cut it like bangs. i’m verry picky and i watched her cut it the whole time. but she took off TOO MUCH. i told her and she tried to prove me wrong like she knew what i wanted. she was also very rude to another customer. if I could rate it 0 stars i would don’t waste your money here. also she charged extra for blow drying my barley wet hair. I told her it was too hot 3 times and she didn’t listen, burning my scalp and hair. worst hair dresser i’ve ever gone too hands down. put im mind i’ve gone to supercuts multiple times and it’s been great.

My son and boyfriend went in to get a haircut and their cuts were terrible, my boyfriend asked for a certain size and she said she used it but it cut way too short and in some places towards the front there’s still long hairs. The lady that cut my sons hair cut both his ears drawing blood. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

Went to this place today. i told the girl i wanted a trim and layers. she told me i needed most of my hair cut off and then told me i shouldnt be dying my hair with box dyes because it ruins my hair just because it was tangled. didn’t even give me layers, cut two inches off which i didnt want and cut it very choppy. after her kids came in and started running around the place. very unprofessional.
