I have used Rons Appliance Repair for years and always been pleased. He worked me in today even though it was a Friday afternoon! He is always friendly, professional, and reasonably priced.

Update: Ron called to speak with me and explain the situation and to apologize and has since made things right for myself and my dad. After getting things cleared up I will continue to use them for service calls.Called Ron to have my dryer fixed paid 122.58 it worked for 2 weeks then broke.. the same problem happened again. Rons brother came out this time to fix no charge, within 3 days it broke again. Called for another appointment got excuses and now, no shows and no calls. All while this was happening my dad was going through the same thing with them as well. Will be reporting to the BBB as well. This is not how you run a business.

Ron responded fairly quickly to my initial enquiry and came to fix a faulty control box on our range. He brought diagnostic equipment and checked everything before determining the issue. $89 service call which I thought was reasonable. I also asked him to replace the heat sensor. The parts took a while to come in (due to COVID slowdowns) but within a couple weeks, was repaired. In all, about a $500 repair but cheaper than a new range and cooktop.

I had them come out to fix my washing machine. I paid $78 service fee. I don’t mind that at all. Good work isn’t cheap. So he told me that they will have to order the part (new machine) and that he will come back and fix it. That’s cool, I understand that they don’t always have the part in hand. That was a month ago. Still have a broken washer. Never again working with them. They won’t answer the phone and no one in office.

My mother has a 15-year old Maytag refrigerator that stopped cooling. Ron came to fix it, was paid, but a few days later it was not working again. He returned and tried again, but again it was not working a few days afterwards.The last time he came out I was present - he asked to borrow my mothers hair dryer and used it to defrost the freezer, then said that maybe the problem was the circuit board. The refrigerator got a replacement circuit board, but once again after a few days, it stopped working.Ron didnt use a diagnostics manual, did not test any parts, and did not seem to be doing anything systematically. He also did not arrive at the agreed-upon time, but 6 hours later, and didnt answer his cell phone.We certainly wont be calling him in the future.

Friendly staff. Service technician had actual knowledge in appliance repair. Ive dealt with other repairmen that were sent by a retailer and they didnt really know anything. Will definitely use them in the future.

Wow! We called Ron late last night (Friday night) and he came today - this Saturday of Memorial Day weekend! He expertly fixed our washer and charged a very reasonable rate (especially considering it was on a holiday weekend). I am gonna tell all my family and friends to call him for any appliance repair - washer/dryer/fridge/stove, etc. He did a GREAT job and we are so thankful that he came out on the holiday weekend to help us out like this.

Nobody ever called me back.

If I could give him a zero, I would. Appointments made. No call, no show. Happened more than once. Even gave me his cell phone to call when I got an error message on my range...straight to voice mail.His company is the authorized service company for Electrolux. I talked with the manufacturer and they advised me that he had to replace defective boards. Impossible if he wont call or come.

Ron repaired my leaking fridge on the day of his mothers funeral. He did a thorough job for a very reasonable price. I will always be grateful for Pam and Ron for helping me out when they could have said no.

Wow is all I can say. When I called Rons he came right away and temporary fixed my refrigerator. He had to order a part which took a few days to get In. During that time i spoke to his office and they assured me if the part was not in today as expected they would repair it for free. This morning I get a call Mr Rons on His way with a new part and just like that its done. He even tried to return my money to me which I didnt take. He was very clean professional and honest. Im grateful for the folks like him in a small town. Loyally means everything and Ill NEVER call another appliance repair company again unless its Rons Appliance. Thank you again for your help. Ps I found the money I gave to him after he had left on my kitchen table. You just cant find better service anywhere else.
