Three stars because the sales associates are always nice to customers. But i feel like giving 0 stars for their aquatic department. We go every week and without fail their aquariums are full of dead fish and creatures. Dead frogs, crabs, snails, bettas. Today the fish were eating other fish and there were 5 dead bettas. I bought a 25 dollar betta out of pity for the filth in which the poor thing was living. This store exists to cater to animal lovers; clean up your act and treat these animals more humanely. ALL the bettas in attached pics are dead.

The associates are helpful. Usually have things I need in stock and quick checkout.The grooming salon is a pain. Theyre super inflexible if you are running a little late. Everything has to be booked ahead of time (including nails) but the company has failed to add everything onto the website. Calls take away time from the groomers doing their job and customers time because it takes forever to get ahold of them. I went in there with a baby in a stroller and two dogs. The groomers just watched me struggle to get the silly door open to the grooming salon and get through it with the stroller and dogs.

17 DOGS IN ONE INDOOR SPACE AT ONE TIME:So disappointed with my experience at Doggy Day Camp in Framingham, because I genuinely like the staff. I received a call from a staff member on Friday stating that my dog was having behavioral problems, I had to dig deeper, because it has only been the case at PetSmart in Framingham. After asking for specifics about the incidents I learned that she was overwhelmed when the younger dogs would not leave her alone. I asked how many dogs are together at the same time. 17 Dogs in one space; not shifts of fewer dogs to manage....All at once.That is a management problem.

They are really nice and helpful but there are always dead fish in the tanks.

By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AS GROOMERS… I made an appointment for my mothers dog for today that they didn’t even take care off. Wen I spoke to the manager he found it right away and the GROOMERS couldn’t find it for some reason. When the manager asked if she could bring the dog back my mom said no because they had already made her feel so uncomfortable and they spoke to her so bad. After this I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FOR NO ONE TO BRING THER DOGS( BEST FRIEND). And FOR SURE THEY LOST MY BUSINESS AS WELL. I never put reviews up because I believe you should always give people the benefit of the dough, but after I heard they way they treated her I felt like this is a must. You know who you are groomers ( Alexandra, other groomer with her right now on this shift ) if they treated her like that I can only imagine how they will treat the dogs.

Took my dogs to the pet hotel because i had to go away for a few days. gave them simple instruction on how to take care of them and the employees seem to understood my request. paid almost $500 just to come home and found one of my dogs is sick. wont stop throwing up and he has diarrhea. very poor service for that amount of money.

They sell expired pet food, mark it to clear at a reduced price but then then dont actually mark it down at the register 🤷‍♂️

Boomerang tags are the BEST invention! They are easy to put on the collar, and easy to switch to different collars. They dont jingle! The engraving doesnt wear off because they dont jingle. I ordered my first one nine years ago, and it is still perfectly readable. Every dog should have one of these ID tags!

If anyone needs to get their dog groomed - I HIGHLY recommend Framingham PetSmart. The staff - especially Gina - are incredibly courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable leaving my two border Collies in her care knowing they will be well taken care of and safe.

1/5 star for grooming staffs, 5/5 stars for the Doggie day camp staffs.

I have been buying my tags from PetSmart for the past few years. I have 5 active labradors, thick brush and each tag has been perfect. Very good quality and when I ordered the wrong tag for their collars they helped me get the corrected ones quickly. Quick response to my email and very nice Customer service. It’s the only place I buy tags from. I love not having to worry on the quality, speed, price and printing. Great job

**Please consider other options when thinking about a day care for your dog!**We brought our dog here for day care twice a week and almost every time he came back with a scratch a cut or a bruise. It was finally when he literally had to get staples in his side because of how badly another dog bit him. I understand dogs are going to play and get rough but the people who work here are clearly not keeping an eye on your pets. I do not trust these people with my dog and neither should you. Very unprofessional.When they were confronted about my dog having to get staples they BLAMED it on my dog saying he was playing too rough but the other dog didn’t have a scratch on him. My dog doesn’t know better but the people hired to watch him do. I will never bring my dog back here again.

PetSmart are the only tags I ever use for my dogs. Noiseless, secure and easy to read, I believe theyre the best tags available on the market. I just had to order a replacement tag for my dog, but not because the tag fell off. Somehow, Ida Claire lost her entire collar!

I wish I had gotten our cashiers name. We are brand new to the area and just adopted 2 kittens. As so, we visit PetSmart nearly daily. They are almost always there. They are always kind to us and so informative about the products we are purchasing. I will get their name next time I am there - but Framingham PetSmart- please reward your kind and helpful employees!

I took my baby, Boss, to the vet here they were very nice and patient with him. I love bringing him here.

Refused to take my 8 lb dog whos been getting groomed by Petsmart for 3 years, because the rabies vaccine expired in June...... except we brought updated vaccine paperwork the last time we were in 6 weeks ago... they just never added it to their system.

I came in to this store shortly after calling and inquiring about some fancy mice, I had been to multiple stores already looking, unfortunately by the time I showed up they had been sold just minutes prior, who I believe was the store manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, I believe he called every store in the area, trying to locate some females for my wife and I, I absolutely recommend this store to anyone who is in need of pets or supplies. Worst PetSmart Ive ever been too! My dog was traumatized by the whole experience. Ive never had an issue at any PetSmart before but when I picked my dog up he was shaking and had several nicks and cuts from grooming. Never has he been nicked before. Kandi the groomer obviously hates her job and life and seems to take it out on the dogs. Absolutely furious. I will be contacting corporate. A person with that attitude should not be working with other peoples animals. Shame on you Kandi! She should be fired!!

We compulsivey bought an adorable bearded dragon to add to our reptile family. We met with Morris the manager and he immediately called Rey over because she has a bearded herself. We talked to her for about an hour about feeding and habitat. She was amazing! When she couldnt answer our questions she called Morris over and he had all the knowledge we needed. Then at checkout we met Lucy and she showed us pictures of her snake 🥰! What a wonderful experience! I cant believe how professional and personal everyone was. Morris you really know your team and how to utilize them. And you got us a hell of a deal! Rey you were so knowledgeable and resourceful when you didnt know. Not to mention an absolute pleasure to speak with. Lucy you were the cherry on the cake! What a wonderful conversation with you and by far the best ending to a long shopping day. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years and never experienced such horrible customer service like i did today from the store manager working the afternoon shift. My dogs are my world and I buy them quality brand kibble and spend the extra money for quality and cared for products. All the 27lb pound biljac picky no more bags of food had holes on them and I brought it to the managers attention. He said he don’t care and he don’t have control over it and nothing but excuses. Forced to buy a torn bag and praying my dogs don’t get sick. I spend 200$ there happily for my pets every week and today’s prob my last day shopping there.

Took both my dogs here for a haircut, bathe, nail trim... the whole 9 yards and they did an absolutely wonderful job! Even my husband said he’s never see our old dog look so good before (that should tell you everything) the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be back!!

Everyone was helpful. We were greeted, helped finding the proper collar and leash for our particular dog we just adopted. The groomers were helpful and did a good job. We also spoke to a trainer and manager who were great to deal with. Everyone was very friendly, and helpful!Mike the one who runs the training class, has been great and very helpful.

Pet stay was a bit of chaotic this time; my dog was bleeding in one of his paws and was not sure how it was done. They made up on keeping me informed about the course of action and making me feel comfortable and allowing me to trust them to leave my dog with them and even repeat the stay. Customer service was great and provided communication all throughout the incident.

Great spot to take your dog to day camp, especially if you are in a pinch! Theyll take care of baths and coordinating with the groomers too! You can get rewards, such as free day camp sessions, if you sign up for their rewards program. My dog is always excited to go there. The only reason that its not 5 stars is that sometimes they seem short staffed for check in and check out procedures, so theres often a long wait.

I had a very good experience at PetSmart today. I need a special food for my cat and was happy that they had it in stock and I was able to get a full case so that I wont have to go out in the winter months to buy her food. Thank you to PetSmart.

I recently had to shop for food for my puppy and the person there was very helpful. He took the time to explain what foods might be best and said if the dog did not like it, just bring it back. The puppy is picky, so she did not like it, but just like he said they took it back. They also have a nice clearance section.

Always a good experience for us. Two toy poodles one of which attended obedience training here as well. Good selection of food and toys. Also use the Banfield vet services. Very nice and caring people. Also always been good to us.

The staff at this location have always been friendly and incredibly helpful for all our needs related to our cat. Grooming services are professional and have grown to love our little furry friend. During times when we have to leave the are for more than a day, pet boarding has been extremely convenient as well. The boarding staff accept litter and wet/dry food to be used on your schedule. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves their pet, and wants to show him/her the best of care.

I have been bringing my dog Cabo here to Doggie Day Camp since she was a puppy and she absolutely loves it. The hotel staff are always friendly and treat my fur baby so well. She gets to run and play with her friends and is exhausted by the end of the day.

Our Duke loves doggie day camp! The dogs are absolutely loved and the sense of humor from staff just makes it a place worth trying once. My dog loves that place!!

I want to share my amazing experience with this PetSmart location. My dog was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and we started chemotherapy treatment for him at an emergency hospital. I have been coming to PetSmart for years for all my dogs needs and food. The general manager, Jon, and his entire staff learned about my dogs situation and have been extremely supportive in making sure that they have everything I need to keep him comfortable including ensuring specific foods are always in stock. The staff at PetSmart are classy and professional and I want to thank them for all your support and help.

Scheduled my first pet day care one week ago, was told what to bring for the visit only to drive over one hour and be turned around because the dummies working there said my dogs vaccination expired one day ago- note that vaccines are given 4-6 weeks apart!! Manager not helpful at all!! I won’t be returning to the Framingham store anytime soon!

Our cashier was really nice, we talked about his aunts Guinea Pigs when he asked us what type of animal we were getting water bottles for. He was really personable and professional. Cashier 636642? I think thats the number.

They have a very large and extensive collection for starting and taking care of a fish tank. The staff isn’t as helpful as they could be but the prices are slightly lower than their competitors.

The staff was friendly. I did an order pickup. They just had it sitting in a cart and they just asked my name. No Id or nothing. I could have been anyone and walked out with it. The store looks dated. Definitely needs an updated look for me to even think about coming back here again.
