My son Has been training with Bay State since 2019 and since he started I’ve noticed so many positive changes on him. His over all behavior with our family and his friends have improved significantly. Master Alves ways of discipline are very respectful and responsible which we really appreciate and support. I completely recommend this family oriented program and I’m glad to be a part of it.

I couldnt be happier with our experience here. My daughter started learning Taekwondo here when she was four, and is now a yellow belt. All of the masters here teach our children not just how to perfect their forms, but how to be respectful wonderful people. The community in this academy is wonderful, and the schedule (every day has class, pick two a week to come to depending on your schedule) is amazing.

This is a great way to teach your kids discipline and technique. My 6yr old enjoys it and the online classes are great way to train when quarantined

Instructors are top notch and truly care about helping each child meet his/her potential. Every session my son learns both life skills and TKD skills.

“It’s all about the kids,” and it really is. Master Alves and the instructors know how to engage the kids, keep things fun, and still maintain a high level of learning. More so than sparring and forms, my kids are gaining character, confidence, and learning to be leaders. Baystate is a hidden gem in the MetroWest.

This is our first experience with Taekwondo, and my seven-year-old son is having a great time learning the kicks and blocks and forms of taekwondo. This provides him something on which to focus his intensity and energy. The instructors are energetic, encouraging, fun, and and determined to help each child progress. After searching couple different places for my son ( 11 ) and my daughter ( 10 ) to learn martial arts, Im so glad I chose this academy ! We love this place.
