Gabriella is amazing! The whole office is clean and beautiful. So far I’ve only had two sessions on my thighs (to treat ingrown hairs that I’ve struggled with for YEARS) and I already see so much improvement! At my first visit she recommended her Green Tea warming exfoliant, which is the best exfoliant I’ve ever tried (and I’ve tried many) and a cream to apply a few times a week. I’m so impressed with the results so far, I wish I had started treatment years ago!

Her number one focus is to sell you her products, even when you’re spending hundreds on services. I am black and I came to do laser hair removal which I know can be hard since some lasers don’t work for our skin type and can burn us, and she told me that her laser would be fine, but it seems like she based the level of the laser on my pain reaction rather than the level that can safely be used. Six treatments later and no results, she blamed the treatment not working on me being dark and always emphasized the lightening cream which I felt was just rude. If she knew it wasn’t going to work for me she could’ve been honest and said that but no because she wanted my money. Very unorganized and would not recommend them, save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been going to Gabriela for a few years for facials and other skin care services. I frequently get compliments on how smooth my skin is, at 66! Even recently, the 3 nurses attending me, as I was wheeled into the operating room for a small procedure, commented on my skin, and that was without any makeup! Gabriela is thorough in her explanation and warm and cheerful in her manner. And being a med-spa you can be sure you’re getting the best treatment!

I went 2 days ago . I had botox and my lips done. Spent 900$ on botox for 60 units. That comes to $15 a unit. I just watched a video on another person getting 60 units of botox and they did way more shots then what I got. I am also looking at my quote of what I was given for my consultation and I was charged $400 more . The price kept going up and up every tine Gabriela walked back into the room. Totally feel ripped off . My lips dont look any different and my forehead and eyes look the same . Waist of money . Couldnt understand anyone there. Change my 5 star to a 2 and that is being nice. Never again .

There is no end to the staff wanting to help you look your best. They will accommodate your every request the best the can. I had the sun damage on my chest treated with wonderful results.

I’m disappointed as I feel as though they really focused on upselling from the start. Before the treatment even begins there are products lined up in front of you and you are told why you need them. Even if you aren’t looking to shop you feel pressured right from the start. Not a pleasant experience.Then an add-on treatment that was supposed to be $49 ended up being $100 at checkout (because they explained it was actually 2 treatments but that $100+ price was never mentioned). Poor communication and a very expensive experience- I will not be returning.

I got a groupon deal for 6 sessions of laser hair removal on a large area. When I called to make my first appointment, the receptionist was very nice and told me to shave the day of my appointment. When I came in for my first appointment, I only waited a few minutes and then met Gabriella, the owner/technician who led me into the laser room. She took some time to tell me about her background and the type of laser she would be using. She also went through her line of skin products and made some suggestions. I ended up purchasing Landa exfoliating cream which warms on contact to open my pores. She suggested using this on my laser area (bikini) but that it would also be great for my face too. The procedure itself was quick and painless. In fact, it really did feel like a hot stone massage! The room was simple and clean. I have had 3 treatments so far and each time the hair has come back less and less. My appointments have always been confirmed via a phone call the week of, and also taken on time when I come in, give or take 5-10 minutes. The receptionist and Gabriella are always kind and professional. Would definitely go back!

I bought a groupon back in April to laser hair removal. I have been looking for years for a place that was clean, and top of the line. I saw the groupon and looked at their site and decided to give it a go. I just finished my 6 treatments of under arm and let me say it does work. Its almost addicting. Bought another package and am half way through. Seeing what else I want after. They tell you exactly what you need to do before hand ( shave and not deodorant). They also recommend a topical cream in case there is discomfort.Staff is super friendly. Ask how your job its and do their best to make you comfortable. They have their own line of product which I purchased the facial cream with sunscreen and normally creams like this make your face oily but this one doesnt.Highly recommend!

I’ve been being treated by Gabriela for the PRP Hair Restoration and Biotene treatments since January 2019 and hair been extremely happy with my new hair growth as well as stronger thicker hair.

Provided sub-par service to my wife, made scheduling appointments difficult, didnt start appointments on time, service was terrible, etc.I would highly recommend staying away from this business. If you do feel the need to go here dont pay cash, they wont refund your money even if they didnt perform the service, its policy.

I have been going to Gabriella for laser hair removal for both brazilian area and under arm. She is a wonderful person to be around and her work is impeccable. She has very flexible hours and is extremely punctual which is important to me as I always need to be someplace else. My under arms are almost clean after 5 sessions and she didnt need to do a very powerful setting. My brazilian area is almost clean after 5 sessions. She and I agreed that we may need to do a few more there, but her pricing is reasonable compared to anyone else. Her office setting is very nice and I love that it is in a medical building. Be careful as when you redeem your groupon she makes you buy an ointment to use prior to doing the treatment for 25!! and then claims it in the fine print. Informed Groupon and they are checking to see how this occurred as nowhere in the fine print were we able to find it. She is a bit of a scam artist!!

Terrible service ...all they do is try to upsell you, point out imperfections so they can recommend treatments and products. Its uncomfortable and unprofessional. Pretty sure these positive reviews are just bribes, as they give you discounts on services if you rate them well. I agree with both the previous reviews. The owner is interested in selling other products, not good with customer communications, terrible service. She was only nice the 1st appointment and since then started showing attitude and blaming the customers for their attitude when in turn she has a big attitude problem.

*****AMAZING RESULTS*****This is my second time trying laser hair removal off my back. The first time I tried, it didnt work at all. I wasted a whole year and a lot of money on a so-called laser removal dump in Milford, MA (search using my name if you want all the details)I was very skeptical in coming here but after talking with Gabriela, I felt very comfortable with everything. She has been very kind and on time for every appointment but most of all I have seen more results in just THREE sessions than I have my entire life!Im not sure why the other reviews are saying Gabriela and her staff are rude. Theyve been nothing but nice and friendly even after they knew I bought a Groupon.Being completely honest, the first session was somewhat painful because I had so much back hair and because I put the numbing cream on 30 mins before and not an hour before. I bought the Salonpas Lidocaine cream from Target for $10 and it works pretty good. The numbing cream Gabriela sells is expensive but it is much stronger, so you do get what you pay for.In summary, I highly recommend Landa MedSpa!!

Landa Cosmetic and Spa is the best. Ive been going there for laser hair removal and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. I had asked friends about other spas that advertise cheap prices for laser but found out that Landa has a much better laser than the other places. I started at Landa with a Groupon, and keep coming back because Gabriella is great! Knows what shes doing and makes you feel comfortable even though the procedure can be...awkward...depending on what area youre treating. ;-) But Gabriella chats and distracts you so you dont worry about that. And Ive had no pain or discomfort during or after treatments. If youre considering laser hair removal, especially in an awkward area, I highly recommend Landa Cosmetic.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was moved to after my wonderful experience with Gabriella at Landa Medspa in Framingham. I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and have been more than satisfied with the results.I also purchased a BTL ULTRA package for my eye area and was extremely satisfied with the results around my eye area and the package price that Gabriella gave to me. LANDA MEDSPA is a clean and professional atmosphere. Appointments were easy to get into as well! Big thumbs up!

I agree with all the reviews . She tries to sell the products, isn’t organized . If you have dark skin don’t even try showing up .Had to walk out because of the lack of professionalism and selling of stuff . Overall I was uncomfortableDon’t waste your time and money unfortunately

I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal for my underarms to see if I liked it and what kind of results I would get. I am almost hair free and have now purchased a package for other areas. The office is comfortable and Gabriela is very knowledgable about her equipment as well as making a package that works for you.

I couldnt agree more with the previous reviews. My experience hasnt been that pleasant either. I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal and have had a few treatments but no results yet. My first appointment I was there for a while to fill out paperwork and wait for the provider to be ready for me. I remember her taking her late patient before me when I was just sitting there waiting and it was well past my appointment time. Not a good first impression. Also, she continues to try to up sell me her products and services at every appointment!! I understand shes trying to run a business but her approach is a little aggressive. I dont even want to ask about any other services because she will just feed off of that. Not to mention shes hard to understand. She mentioned how she was considered a doctor back in Peru (scary) and bragged about how she had no cellulite at her age and how great her skin looks at her age blah blah blah. Not to mention she insulted me by saying I needed a cellulite treatment. Completely self absorbed and couldnt be more disinterested in her clients. She lacks customer service and comes off rude at times. If she wants to have a successful growing business she should really look into some customer service 101 courses. Im sure she means well but I am so turned off that I dont even know if I want to finish my treatments. I dislike going there that much.

Place is SUPER dated. Prices are super cheap. Seems a bit sketchy. Lasering here was EXTREMELY painful but did work with only 3 sessions. The machine looks like its from the 90s. The newer machines do not hurt like this, nor are they suppose to. Shell get you to try and buy numbing creme. Ive never had to use it else where. No wonder she offered it OUCH! Needless to say I didnt go back regardless of how cheap I found it on groupon.
