Computer Care did a great job for me when my PC had a hard crash. They recovered all my data and reinstalled all needed software. They took care of the core problem which I never would have found. Price was very reasonable – less than I expected. Very nice patient people with good service ethic.

When I noticed the family PC becoming cranky and slow, I knew just where to turn. Jonathan is a master with my computer. Every time I bring it to him he almost just touches it and it is fixed. Computer Care is really great to work with. The folks at Computer Care Associates were able to retrieve the data off my old hard drive that had to be replaced because it was no longer working. They charged me a reasonable fee to diagnose the problem, and, fortunately, they determined that the data was recoverable, and promptly recovered it and saved it to my backup hard drive. They are super friendly, and communication was great during the whole process, which only took a couple of days. I highly recommend them if you need data recovery services.

Computer Care Associates were very professional and diligent. I was more than happy with their work! Lisa and Jonathan are extraordinary people and I am happy to give my business to good people.

My 4-year-old Macbook Air turned off instantly when I spilled 1/4-glass of water on it. After opening it up to let it dry out for an overnight, Jonathan shared with me the news I expected: my clumsiness had proven fatal for the laptop. But he was optimistic that the SSD was unharmed and that hed be able to transfer my files to another device. This was important because, in addition to being clumsy, I had also been stupid in not being diligent about backing up my data. I purchased a new Macbook Air (ouch!), delivered it to Jonathan and Lisa, and within hours my digital life was restored. Lisa and Jonathan provide personal, expert and caring service (help with a hug!) at a very reasonable price, and I highly recommend them.

This guy doesnt fix computers. He posts logfiles from them at free online computer help forums and lets them guide him through cleaning them up, at least until they catch on that he is using them for that purpose and he gets banned.People, there is good and free help out there for malware and spyware problems. There is no reason anyone should have to pay for assistance. This guy might be good if you need hardware replaced or the system needs to have the hard drive formatted and Windows reinstalled if youre too scared to do it yourself.

Last week my husbands computer wasnt working so he dropped it off at Computer Care Associates and they confirmed it was toast. FYI he bought a cheap laptop at Walmart so he got what he paid for. Jonathan and Lisa promptly purchased a new laptop for him, loaded it with what he needed and BAM, the next day he was up and running. They did the same thing for me a few years ago and Im one happy customer with a fully functioning laptop today. They take the hassle and headache out of the process and minimize the downtime which is critical if you use your laptop for business.
