Walace and his team did an amazing job. Just bought an old house and when we pulled up the carpet found some damaged wood underneath a leaky radiator. Walace sanded and refinished the entire floor and even replaced some boards that were too damaged. New floor looks great.Finished the entire job in two days. Very happy and will probably have them do another job for the first floor sometime in the future.

We had just two weeks for refinishing the hardwood floor and painting the walls in our new home before moving in. I called Walace and asked him for a quote. He came to look at the floor the same day and his team started working the next day. They removed and discarded the old carpet and refinished the hardwood in three days just in time before the painters came. Walace came up with an idea to cover the gap between the floor and the baseboard, which worked out very nice. We also had them remove the carpet in the mudroom and replace it with laminate. Walace and his crew refinished ~1000 square feet of oak flooring for us, as well as a staircase and handrail. Walace was a pleasure to work with - he responded very quickly with a quote which was similar to or better than all quotes I received. They were able to start quickly, and finished on time. Our floors look really beautiful - as if they are brand new. They did a nice job preparing the area (covering with plastic), and cleaned up afterwards. I had NAD flooring sand, stain and apply polyurethane to the original white oak floors in my home. Wallace took an old beat up floor and made it look brand new. I highly recommend NAD for wood floor refinishing and repair as the entire experience exceeded expectations. First, the owner is exceptionally responsive and punctual. If he says he will be there at 3pm, expect him at 3pm. If he is going to be late by 5 minutes expect a call or text. Plus, throughout the job expect consistent updates via call or texts (often with pictures) so that you know exactly how things are progressing. In terms of quality, the owners commitment to providing exceptional quality is unmistakable. On several occasions I was convinced to change my plans to improve overall quality - without any change in pricing. The final result (about 1000ft2 of floor refinished and quite a number of difficult repairs as the floor was hidden under carpet for many decades) was beyond my expectation. I will certainly be calling NAD again when I have additional work due to the quality provided, fair pricing, fantastic communications. The owner was also sensitive to other tenants and scheduled work on off hours to ensure minimal disruption - something I greatly appreciated.

Wallace and his team are professional and honest peoples they refinished my floor and it looks new again and as I have a dog they used a special product that protects the floor from scratches we are very satisfied and we will use them again in the future!

I hired NAD to do a reasonably sized repair, and to refinish the room once complete.I thought the price was reasonable, and the work was very very good.The team was on time or early and responsive when things came up.
