Our old house probably never had the vents cleaned since their installation over 50 years ago. I was able to see the before and after, the service was thorough and professional, and there was no high pressure tactics. They were up front about pricing, and the service took a couple of hours.

Mario came out and did a wonderful job. He was punctual, called ahead of time when he was on his way, was very clean and efficient, and did a good job explaining what he was doing as he did it. He was even able to give me advice about another issue I had in my basement. I also had a wonderful customer service experience with the office staff when calling in. Steve who scheduled my appointment was great and explained my option so well without pressuring me or trying to up sell me. Really appreciated the whole experience. Would definitely recommend to others.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and very responsive. The cleaning of our ducts was thorough and left no sign that they were ever there (i.e., no marks on the walls, etc.). Would recommend without hesitation, and will use them in the future.

Sam is more then a duct cleaning technician, he’s explained everything he was going to do. My house is a historical house in Needham that was rented for two years. Being a first time landlord, I didn’t think to check for mold when I would visit the house. Didn’t occur to me. Needless to say, when the renters left I found it! Panicked I googled vent cleaning and Better Air was an option. I called and a human, Steve, actually answered the phone! Steve listened to the panic in my voice and immediately sent over Sam. Sam looked at the system (coils, pan, etc., inspected my insulation (he pointed out...no mold) thoroughly cleaned all of the ducts and vents and was simply, amazing! I would highly recommend this company. Not only for the exceptional work, but more importantly for the kindness and patience of their employees! Thanks Sam and Steve! After better Air clean my ducts I notice that airflow on my vents were reduced and didn’t think it has anything with the cleaning. I had a HVAC technician come to see if something is wrong with my furnace and found nothing wrong. My keep complaining that House is not cool when AC is on. I called another technician come and investigate the issue further and me some of the vent are damaged. They saw a bunch of insulation and plastic obstructing the Air ... they ask me if i had someone clean my air ducts. They concluded that it could be why it is damage. Now I will have to pay so much money to fix the damage ducts. Not too happy when I learned that.

I think the guy on the phone needs training on communication.
