Monster Tree Service makes tree removal look easy. I completed the online “free estimate” form and received a quick call back. Two days later, Jason arrived and I showed him how the dead tree was sandwiched between a long line of large pine trees, my neighbor’s fence and some well equipment. With the tree leaning towards the fence, I knew I needed someone who I could count on. Jason asked questions, wrote up a quote and emailed it to me within the hour. It was a reasonable price and the details of the quote were comforting. Just a few days later, he called to say that he had a crew in the area who just finished a job and he wanted to know if they could remove our tree. Within ten minutes they were here and within an hour they were done. The tree was removed with zero damage to the fence, other tress or well equipment. It was sliced up into manageable sizes as we had asked, our yard was raked clean and the three workers were on their way.This business is first rate! Jason and his crew completed the work better than what was promised. This crew amazed us with their ability and their thoughtful approach to the job. We will certainly be contacting Jason and Monster Tree Service in the future!

I had a large maple tree in my back yard that dropped a large section. I had Jason come out look,at the tree and help me decide it had to come down. His crew came out in a timely manner took down my very large tree in my back yard plus a few small trees in the front. Additionally, they ground 5 stumps. I was very happy with the price and quality of work. I would hire them again.

We had a hard time finding someone to even return our call. They answered, came out right away to give an estimate. It was very reasonable and they came when they said they would. The job was done exactly as we wanted it and they left the yard very neat. Highly recommend.

We were concerned about equipment going over our septic system so the crew was incredibly cautious and careful and opted to take two large trees down with ropes gently laying them down like putting a baby to sleep! All other work was done quickly with precision and with respect to our property. Brad from Monster Tree came out and within minutes was on my roof clearing away the results of a tree which fell on my roof. The tree also made at 6-8 holes in my roof. Later that PM he came back with a crew to finish up the removal. His team was terrific, right down to blowing away all the brush, wood chippings, etc. He also installed a tarp to protect the inside of the house. I plan to use their services to remove some additional trees and shrubs.

There were some challenges due to unforseen circumstances and weather. But Jason and him team were very accommodating and got the job done. I would definitely use them again as I have the peace of mind they get work done, and done right.

Monster Tree Service was a fantastic experience. My wife and I needed to have 5 trees removed prior to the winter/snow reason 2020/2021 and asked that the service be completed prior to that time. And thankfully it was. The crew arrived roughly 11:00AM and the job was completed by 3 to 4 Oclock, including a full clean up of the area the trees were taken down from and the driveway. They provided a reasonable estimate, and also added in a couple extra things for free, and were able to perform the service within a reasonable time. It seemed that a number of other places were pretty much too busy to even be bothered.They have an arborist who seemed knowledgeable. He gave his opinion on which trees he thought definitely needed taken down, and even suggested that some didnt.We had 7 very large pine trees taken down. This was completed without any obvious problems and/or damage. The only negative comment I have is that it took a week to remove the downed trees. Fortunately, with the ground being hard, there was no real lawn damage. Perhaps thats normal for large-scale tree removal, not sure. I might have been happy with that if it had been spring/summer.When they did come back to remove the downed trees, I watched the guy do it, and he was excellent. He even raked the lawn after hed picked them up.All in all, I was happy with the work performed and what it cost. During and after the work, I both spoke with and texted Jason, who I assume is the franchise owner/manager, and he was always very responsive and attentive, and seemed happy to do whatever was necessary for me as the customer.I would use them again.

I initially hired Monster to remove several large, and a few small trees, from my back yard. After meeting with the owner Jason, and going over what I was hoping to do with the yard we agreed on a dozen or so trees to come down. So price was set, appointment scheduled, and they showed up...on time and with plenty of hands on deck! Not only were the workers quick, they were also careful to clean up the area. That was my first experience with them, because seeing how good of a job they did and their prices being so reasonable I had them do a huge leaf clean up of what looked like a decade of piled up leaves that had been dumped there from an abutting property. It took the crew two days to remove all the leaves and brush...with one young man working solo all day on Sunday! He was a trooper! And after seeing how good it looked...yup I hired them again! needless to say the Monster team basically cleared the lot of overgrown vegetation, removed dozens of small trees that were so sad and dying and now my yard is clean, open and gets so much sun! I have recommended Monster to several of my friends and they will be my go to tree service from now on.

I had a number of trees cut down in my backyard and the three men that were there did a great job and put all the branches in one area cut the rest of the tree up in the small manageable pieces and left it as requested to be used as firewood they cleaned up at the end of the job and couldn’t of been nicer

Awesome crew. They safely removed 19 trees from our property and some of the trees were over 40 feet. One thing that impressed me was their survey of the trees remaining and identified a diseased tree that needed to be removed. They saved 3 of our ash trees and were able to treat and protect them from future disease. We also had our fruit trees treated for fungus and a vitamin boost. Monster Tree did a fantastic job on removing a huge pine tree in my yard! Not only did they remove the tree and clean up every last bit of debris but they even managed to do so without damaging the beautiful dwarf red maple that was just 10 feet from the pine. Had a few HUGE trees fall on our deck and sunroom after a rain/wind storm in September.... called Monster Tree that morning and they were there starting the job that afternoon! I have used Monster Tree twice in the last year. The first time was to take down a sick, old maple tree. The team did a great job here given that they were unable to use a crane. Jason and his team also took a few limbs down off another tree. Their pricing was very competitive.In the last few days, I had their team remove a large pine tree stump and a few other stumps. Worth every penny - they were reasonably priced compared to other services in the area. They did a fantastic job. My husband noticed they raked up everything under the tree they removed including the leaves and restored in great condition the fence they had to temporarily remove. Were no longer afraid to park in our driveway since they removed a tree that had been struck by lightning as well as pruned a different tree that was dangling dead wood over our cars. The owner was very responsive throughout, answering my questions via text. Although we had a long wait before they could get the work done, when we reached the range of dates they said they would be able to do it, I texted him that the weather was going to get worse and asked if he could do it that week. Not only was the answer yes, he sent the guys out first thing the next morning! Great service, would definitely use again.

Jason was great to work with. Even from the start. He took photos with his iPad and gave an immediate quote with photos of what he was going to do. He really knows trees. He came in with the best price and his work was great. We had a lot of trees to trim at our home. Lifting the canopy (his term) really transformed the look of our property by trimming away all the dead branches and pruning the lower ones. Our house looks so much better now. His crew was polite, professional and worked methodically and cleaned up afterwards. Jason even convinced me to keep a large evergreen which overhung my deck by trimming it to make it look ornamental. I would definitely use him again. Plus his equipment is really cool. No need for one of those large cranes in the driveway to reach over the house into the backyard.

We used them when we moved into our new house, being a new homeowner I had explained that I wanted no limbs to be over the house. After they cut a bunch of limbs he asked me to come outside to look and there were limbs cut but still a ton over the house. He explained that they couldn’t cut away all of the ones over the house because it would make the tree unbalanced and potentially fall. I wish he would have explained that before hand because if that was the case I would have had them just cut it down entirely. So I spent like $3000 to not get what I wanted and a couple months after they cut down the “weak limbs” we had a bunch of large limbs fall in a mild rain storm which I thought was the purpose of having them cut at all. Not worth the money or energy. I tried contacting them again through their website and no response.

They came out checked the job, said they would contact me with an estimate and never got back to me. I called them several times and left messages and they never returned my call. (Get over to me right a way....LOL your a little late) this was back in April. I called 3 tree services for estimates, they were all very busy about 6 weeks out. Charon Tree Service was one also that came out did an estimate on the spot and I ended up hiring them and they did a great job. Would not recommend Monster Tree Service only because they left me hanging without getting back to me. I have no reason to say this if it were not true!!!

We had some trees fall in a past storm and these guys were on it from the moment they showed up to estimate the job for us. They were off the property 3 days after my initial call, that is from estimate to job completion. When I say off the property, I mean completely. You could not tell they were there - this is why I even wrote this review. So many times service companies leave their mark by not fully cleaning up after themselves - these guys must have brought a vacuum for the saw dust! We manage a few properties in the area and they will be the ones to call for anything related. Thanks fellas.

I had Monster Tree Service quote a job of clearing 6 trees for the installation of a pool. They were the highest quote out of three and $700 more than one of the biggest, most reputable tree companies in the area and $1000 more than the company I hired which did what I wanted.
