Classic bait and switch business. Quoted $45/room in advance and then told my carpets are really dirty and they need shampoo and more effort to get clean. Yes the carpet is dirty but not overly dirty. That is why I tried to hire you...Quote for 3 rooms turned into $875 onsite and I just asked them to leave. He then said I wasted his time. Dont bother wasting YOUR time this company.

Not only the guy was three hours late, he was very unprofessional and rude. The pricing was different than what was discussed when we booked the appointment. I will not use this service again and I advise you not to either.

Clearly very experienced, honest and fair with prices!!! We had carpets cleaned varying in sizes. Thank you so much F X Carpet Care for the amazing job! Our carpets look even better than when we first purchased them. Wonderful work, super fast. Cant say enough good. Will be calling the company soon to take care of the rest of our carpets!

I live in Mansfield and had an awful experience. FX seems to not have their own employees. The guy who showed up was two and a half hours outside of his scheduled frame, and he was a subcontractor! He charged at least $100 more than we were led to believe the cost cost would be. He came in without introducing himself and was coughing the whole time...in the midst of the covid pandemic. But he also did a poor job, was unapologetic, rude, dismissive, threatening, and then expected a tip! My husband called and they did nothing to remedy the situation. It’s two days later and I’m still fuming.

Cant say enough good things! We had to reschedule the same day and they were very accommodating and flexible. they were also prompt and did an amazing job! Our carpets have a new life and our downstairs area rug looks brand new. Great job!

My boyfriend gave me a dog as a present. It was so cute and so playful. He loves running and he always lays on my carpet in my bedroom. Its a mess now. I didnt know what to do. Good thing F X Carpet Care fixed it for me. Im so grateful for all the work they did.

F X Carpet Care is fabulous! they has been cleaning my carpets for years. One Sunday I had a pipe burst and gallons of water flooded the carpets in two rooms. they came right over and saved the day!always has a great disposition and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Absolutely excellent customer service!

Great service and quick response time!!! A visit from F X Carpet Care really leaves the house looking like paradise. He uses great products that are safe for animals and kids. If you have any questions for cleaning on the go stains he will gladly answer and give you background information as well as how tos.
