We had a number of unexpected flight changes, resulting in sudden changes to the car service scheduling. Mohamed and Brenda handled these changes with excellent communication. We also had an unexpected situation with an elderly family member lost in the airport, Mohamed kept the driver there until he was found and communicated frequently with me as to the status of what was going on. I was very, very impressed with their caring attitudes and determination to solve these unexpected problems. Our drivers for three trips this week get 5 stars each- they were friendly, professional, and very good drivers in terrible traffic. Thank-you, Patriot Limo

I give them 2 stars since their overall car service is OK, however, very bad experience with owner who doesnt pay his bill. Doesnt even have courtesy to say that he doesnt want to pay... He just ignores his bill and never responded to texts, emails, or calls to discuss it.. I feel like people shouldnt just get away with not paying for the service provided, so the least that I can do to leave a poor review.

From making the reservation to drop off, this experience was GREAT! They were helpful and professional on the phone. The driver was early, very polite but fun! We wen to Gillette Stadium for a concert and we felt like the rock stars! We had an awesome time and much had to do with knowing we had a safe ride home and a driver who was fun and professional! Well definitely use them again.

So easy to book online or over the phone. Our driver, Mohamed, was early both times we used the service. He was polite, professional and went above and beyond when we had accidentally left our phone in the car. He came back and met up with us to return it. The Suburban SUV was top of the line, clean and comfortable. We will definitely use Patriots Limo every time we return to Boston.

I asked for a bus to pick up my friends and me for a graduation party and they sent 2 SUVs equivalent to Uber black. The Drivers were nice and professionals thats the only reason Im giving this company 2 stars. But the next day when I called about it I was assured that I would be contacted by the owner and never was..
